All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.

Excellent service for making a will
From the initial enquiry via facebook(which makes one a little wary) the people concerned have all been courteous, very pleasant and efficient. The whole business is conducted over the phone. They explain everything including any additional costs, they call precisely when they say they will, & are true to their word in all matters. Any query is quickly answered in a phone call without having to push menu buttons or wait in a queue. My wife & I were very pleased with the service & recommend this company for making your will.

They did a good job of the Will, but be careful of marketing.
They did a good job of producing the Will. Luckily, I knew what questions to cover prior to the telephone call, which is how they operate. The draft copy came , I checked that and received the formal written Will in less than a week.
One problem I had was the constant marketing on the phone from ‘Daisy’, who was pushing for me to spend more money with them and take on their offer of organising Power Of Attorney’. I repeatedly said I had that in hand , but she was not listening.
Be careful of the big sell, and the video they tell you to watch relating to P.O.A.

I was looking for a quick and straight…
I was looking for a quick and straight forword will. I phoned the number and chatted to someone who reassured me that the will I was thinking about was the one that suited my personal situation. I was booked into an appointment for the next day, with a nice lady who took me through the entire process and within a couple of days it was with me ( on line ) to check and confirm that it's contents were correct. 5 days later it was in my hand for me to use as I needed. Excellent & professional will writing. Thank you.

My last Will and Testament.
It's a lot, lot cheaper than a solicitor or lawyer. You explained that an LPA is vitally important and worth the extra expense. However,again,you are saving hundreds of pounds using their services and are forthcoming explaining the cost with no extra hidden costs. It's peace of mind knowing that if you die unexpectedly your affairs are in order and nothing is left to chance. It's also explained that it's very expensive for your relatives I don't leave a will or LPA if died without the Will and LPA in place-a lot more money.
