I found that contact time was kept to speak with the agent
My advise is to pre write your will so there is no mis-understanding on your wishes
I had to amend the draft but that's what it's there for so no real issue
Only issue was an hard sell on LPA position that some may want but I did not
Awaiting receipt of the will for signing and when done it will be a relief knowing your wishes are recorded so I would say think about getting a will if not got one

A Company Who Deliver A Great Service
We had been thinking about making a will for some time but thought it would be complicated. I submitted an enquiry to Secure Legacy and received a phone call from Natasha the same day. The process was explained to us and an appointment set up at a time to suit us with a will writer. The hardest part was making a list of special gifts we wanted to leave to relatives. The will writer phoned at the exact time prearranged and he took down all the details. We felt that he understood everything we wanted. He took down the list of gifted items easily and without having to repeat anything. He was friendly, pleasant and courteous. We received a draft will by email within the week and everything was as the telephone conversation. The will arrived within 5 days of approving the draft. All in all it was a very easy procedure and we would recommend highly Secure Legacy.

Do not under any circumstances use these people. They take three weeks to sent things to you. I suppose this is to invalidate any chance you change your mind about paying this scam company. They then add charges on after you have paid in the guise of registration payments. Steer clear.

Hadn't listened to a word I said!
The will writer was running late so I only had 30 minutes. When the draft came through he hadn't listened to anything I said. So much had to be corrected. Basically they are more interested in selling you an LPA. They also don't mention storage which is an extra £149 apparently.

Hi,
All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.
Ultimately, all decisions always remain with you.
Kind Regards - Secure Legacy

The actual will part was very good
The actual will part was very good, however, there was a very aggressive sales pitch for lasting power of attorney. I see the importance of lpas but you can't be pressured into making quick decisions about such matters. You have to make sure the person or persons you choose will actually carry out your wishes and they have to be aware of what it entails for them. Also the person who called was asking personal questions about my finances. When I asked why they were relevant and necessary for making a Will, she said "well you don't have to give answers to those questions" As I say, the actual will element was good.
