My experience at this UPS Store was…

My experience at this UPS Store was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was rude and dismissive. She insisted that I purchase an entire roll of tape just to wrap a small item, and before I could finish explaining, she cut me off and called the next customer. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Customer service could definitely be improved.

Avoid!!

Avoid!!! Would give zero stars if could.

A family member went to ship some inexpensive holidays gifts (worth less than $200) today from MA to CT. This location charged them $550 for a shipment that should have been $150 or so! The store purposefully sold them too large a box and then on top inaccurately measured the dimensions of that box to make it exactly 1 inch over a 130 inch “large package” threshold leading to extreme fees. It’s all just a scam. When I called 45 minutes later to inquire how the charge got so large and to attempt to reverse by canceling the whole shipment, the owner became verbally abusive and then personally threatening. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs. UPS Corporate should not allow franchisees like this to sully their name.

There is a reason why this location has so many terrible reviews. I wish I would have checked these reviews before today’s events. I guess there are much better franchisees in Needham and Newton.

UPS STORE FRAUD

I've been using ups store for 3 plus years now! I took a package in there today that weighed 4 Pounds. I said it didn't have to be delivered by any certain time. I asked for the lowest price to ship a 4 pound box worth 20.00
I was told shipping would be 34.00!!!!!!!!!!! This FRAUDULENT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR MANY THINGS! THE STORE IN QUESTION IS THE AURORA COLORADO QUINCY/BUCKLEY LOCATION. THIS STORE HAS HAD ISSUES WITH INAPPROPRIATE WORKERS AND A HORRID STORE INSIDE. PACKAGES HAVE BEEN LOST AND EXTEA SHIPPING CHARGES HAVE BEEN ADDED WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! THIS STORE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE IRS AS WELL. AVOID UPS STORES IN AURORA COLORADO COMPLETELY UNTIL SOMETHING CHANGES!!!!

Bad just bad

My perfume came broke that was supposed to be my Christmas present for my daughter and I am mad this unbeleiveable and they were supposed to give me free sample but they didn’t but they are still super amazing this needs to be fixed though

R u KIdding me? I paid for shipping and handling, only to have this location insist that it isnt free and THEY R CHARGING ME MORE? Its simple, let this location go bankrupt, which they r on the verge of. And if they repsond with " we dont see your order" BS, dont buy it.

Everything went well!

What went well? Everything!
An important medical package was shipped by Camp Verde UPS Store to another UPS store in Texas for me pick up there. This was done efficiently, quickly and with a smile. I so appreciate their excellent service and the confidence I have in UPS. The gals at Camp Verde UPS Store are pleasant, hard working, and caring. Thank you and thank you!

THIS IS UPS IN BARTLETT, IL!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I don't know why anyone in Bartlett even gives this franchise of UPS any business! The lady in there is beyond rude with no help and it acted like it was an issue to help me. Then proceeded to tell me that it was me. Then I called UPS and they too said they are no friendly at all, and the drivers even complain!!! She said, I don't have your package with no assistance at all on what to do next.

my last visit

Honestly, my last visit to The UPS Store left a bad taste. They charged me way more than I expected for a simple drop-off, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked questions. The package tracking got messed up, and I still don't know if my parcel even made it. Won't trust them again.

Treated like a criminal at the Camp Verde UPS Store

The customer service at Camp Verde UPS store is consistently hostile, confrontational, and unacceptable. I will not be returning. Every time I try to drop off or pick up, it turns into a 10 minute argument before they finally ask for my ID and do their job.
I’ve been accused of trying to “steal mail,” and even told I wasn’t the recipient, despite the package having my name on it. One employee refused to give me my package simply because it had my maiden name, even though I had valid ID! The other staff seem confused by the manager’s behavior as well. At one point, the manager was loudly insisting that they “don’t receive packages,” which makes no sense for a shipping and receiving store. The employee helping me actually said, “I’m confused too”. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional.
I now drive 30 minutes each way to the UPS in the next town so I don’t have to deal with the Camp Verde location. Don’t give them your packages..you’ll leave feeling assaulted.

Incompetency at UPS store at 5820 N Church St…

UPS store at 5820 N Church St Greensboro, NC 27455.
The only lady working said she couldn’t use my QR code because she couldn’t find how to do it on her screen. Then ask if I could get a UPS label. After going back into the vendors website I finally got a label to show her. She then said she would have to charge me 3.50 to print the label. So she is too incompetent to know how to accept my QR code and to appease her incompetency I will be charged 3.50. I left without shipping my package and will ship with another vendor and will not be back to this store until they hire people they can train better.

The poorly located UPS store in Plymouth, NH

The UPS store in Plymouth, NH is in a terrible location. No back door to drop off/pick up large boxes and their front door opens out so you can't push it open from outside. No one is ever available to help. They are in the middle of town with no designated parking for loading/unloading. When the UPS truck is loading/unloading outside, it blocks all traffic through town.

UPS store in Saratoga Springs was not…

UPS store in Saratoga Springs was not helpful when my package that I dropped off was lost. Terrible customer service.
I would give them ZERO STARS if that were an option.
I will use FedEx next time.

UPS is AWFUL !

UPS is AWFUL !! Horrible communication, false communication, Shady, disrespectful, arrogant, moronic drivers that stomp across your grass and yard, dropping trash and spitting as they do so. They toss or slam your packages onto your porch. If they need a signature, they schedule a time frame, usually 4 hours because that's how disorganized they are. Then they don't make it and after wasting your time and your day, they don't show or postpone delivery till next day etc. Then when you adjust your schedule to be there, they change it, postpone it, show up early, cancel, advise next day etc. All to purposely make you miss their arrival so they can charge more money. Impossible to get any accurate delivery information. Customer service is a joke. Bunch of Clown Shoes that are brain dead, lazy, rude, have no answers, don't care and you can always hearing them chatting and making jokes, making fun of the customers they are talking to in the background. NEVER USE UPS !! UPS is a NIGHTMARE !!

I have a mailbox at the UPS Store and its awful!

My box is at 7500 W. Lake Mead Blvd in Las Vegas. I have had that mailbox for 11 years. The woman (manager) who runs that store is rude, disrespectful, condescending, passibe aggressive, and downright racist. She never smiles and consistently gives a rotten attitude and that is just the cherry on the top. Her attitude is that of complete indiference and apathy. I can't ever get any help from her and she rolls her eyes at any complaint you give her. It's not just me, I actually had to stop some woman in the store from assaulting her. She pissed off this woman so bad she started to walk behind the counter and I had to talk her down. I should have just let that woman beat her ass because she's so rude, it might have taught her a lesson to be kinder to people. Unfortunatly moving my mailbox to another company is not a feasible solution as I have had that address for many years. Guess I have to endure. What a horrible company to allow someone like that manager to run their business. I will NEVER use them for anything else, that's for sure.

I went into the Sanfur Rd

I went into the Sanfur Rd. office to drop off a prelabeled package. I woman gave me a rude stare and srugged her shoulders and said what. I turned the box a little more and pointed to the shipping table. She scanned it and gave me a recipe. Never a good morning o thank you for using ups ! If she hates her job, I would be glad to take it ! I'm retired and dont like rude people. Did she just move here from NY? The rudest city in America ?

Not Customer oriented!!

I believe this business does not focus on making the customer happy. It focuses on how much money it can make. The staff is not helpful. The majority of them are cold & uncaring. if you attempt to let them know how you feeling, they immediately become defensive and make excuses for their behavior. Never saying I apologize. the manager or owner of this store is not customer oriented. Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS store to my house and I use it for Amazon returns, but I think I will drive the extra mile and try Staples and see if they are any better.

This is the 793 Tracy blvd location in Tracy, CA.

Consistently disappointing service

Consistently disappointing service. In my experience this UPS Store does not follow basic package-security procedures—including requiring signatures for valuable deliveries. A recent package of mine went missing after staff failed to check ID or secure the shipment, and when I reported it the promised video review never happened until the footage was already gone.

Attempts to reach management were unhelpful; I was repeatedly told the owners were unavailable and no contact information was provided.

Based on these repeated issues, I cannot recommend this location for anyone needing dependable package handling or responsive management. Other UPS Stores I use follow proper safeguards, so I suggest choosing a different branch until major improvements are made.
