Straightforward service, good regular comms, easy to speak to when required and no need to chase throughout the entire process (that was a first in several house sales/purchases!). On top of that, great value for money. Thoroughly recommend Lockings.

I liked the fact that I dealt with the same person all the time. The conveyancing process took too long in my opinion. No chain and cash buyer should have completed in less than 19 weeks. I would have preferred regular updates, however it was me doing all the chasing. I was pleased that Lockings were happy to withhold the payment to the estate agent when they tried to overcharge me. Unlike the estate agent, Lockings original quote was accurate and unchanged.

This was our first time using Lockings solicitors with the regard to the sale of family property. Throughout the whole conveyancing procedure the staff on the team of Rebecca Oldridge were very pleasant, polite, efficient and professional. They kept us updated regularly on progress until the recent final completion. I would definitely recommend Lockings as a legal intermediary. Thank you to all staff.

If there was an option to leave no stars I would have, where do I start hannah is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, Ryan is clueless, they all tell u different information all the time, I really don't have anything good to say about them, all the reviews I see on here I don't see one for these two and I'm really not surprised, neither of them like doing there job, don't want to send me the official complaint process, I strongly advise anyone use a different branch of solicitors like I will be doing now there one of the most rudest firms I have ever dealt with, also if u like updates go somewhere else, I would be ashamed to have these work for me
