Our patio door lock broke on New Year's…
Our patio door lock broke on New Year's day. Cliff was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He explained the costs involved and wouldn't be charging any extra for coming out on a Bank Holiday. He fitted a temporary lock and came back a few days later with a new lock. He also sorted out all our other door locks and made the necessary adjustments. I can't recommend Cliff highly enough for his work and fair pricing. Happy to recommend.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Came same day and repaired my door lock which had failed. I had a different company attend to it four years ago and they charged me a lot more than I was charged this time. Very pleased and would definitely recommend

Mick came at the time agreed, replaced one failed lock and checked and serviced two other locks. Very professional, very friendly, he made sure we were totally satisfied before he left. Very happy with the service he provided.

Called about a issue with a door at 15.00 hrs and the engineer was on with us within 3 hours. Very happy and put our mind at easy once sorted out.

Excellent all round service
Efficient call handler (some predecessors were far from it); prompt follow up contact by the locksmith, who told us his location (others who purported to be in Sheffield, were not); arrived within the time stated (half an hour), in the night, less than a week before Christmas; professional and friendly; put in a replacement APECS cylinder lock (keys for ours had been lost), which he felt from experience was superior to ours. Excellent all round service in a potentially dodgy market place. I would recommend Lockrite unreservedly.

On time, quick fitting, friendly fitter.
However, disappointed that only had a chrome thumb latch on our brass coloured door assembly.

I telephoned at 14:23 today to enquire about getting my front door lock changed. The lady I spoke to said she’d ask Kevin to call me as he may be able to do it today. Kevin called a bit later on and said he could be with me within 45 minutes. Very prompt and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend! 👍🏻

Prompt, friendly and fairly price locksmith
This is a review for Lockrite Locksmiths operating in Cwmbran and other areas in South Wales.
Called out John-Paul over the Christmas break to deal with an unco-operative uPVC multi-lock door.
Really nice chap - very responsive, good communications and fairly priced.
Me and my back door are now friends again :-)

We have had a problem with our wooden…
We have had a problem with our wooden front door lock for a few years now. The problem was gradually getting worse, especially in extreme weather conditions. The door seemed to swell and warp in both heavy rain and very hot weather causing the lock to mis align and either not lock or not unlock. Alan did an excellent job in advising us and talking us through the problem. He not only replaced the lock which had really had it, but also adjusted the door in the frame and fitted the lock so the same problem will not happen again. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. A highly recommended tradesman !
