Colin was fantastic. Came quickly and sorted out my UPVC door lock for a very reasonable price. Was clear when telling me what my options were.

LockRite was engaged to install a Yale lock at our premises. We operate a self-service artist studio and have used LockRite multiple times across our portfolio. The locksmith attending on this occasion was not someone we had encountered before and appears to have been a subcontractor engaged on a freelance basis.

Across 15 locations, this is the first instance in which an installer has refused to commence the job, even with staff guidance provided, and remained on site for less than 10 minutes. As a result, we are now required to arrange a second installation, yet are still being charged £500.00 by Yale and £150.00 by LockRite for the failed installation.

Proceed with caution.

Kevin was brilliant, polite, friendly, fast and efficient. He got us into our house without any damage to the lock. Would 100% recommend and would use again - thank you!

Called lockrite at 13:45 this afternoon after discovering we was locked in the house, by 16:30 the door was completely fixed. Absolutely amazing work by Simonas, quick and efficient with getting the job done and took the time to explain why it had happened and the work he had done even just little things like tidying up after the work was completed. 100% would recommend and very happy customer! Had to call out Michael today as our front door lock had broken.The office took our call and Michael called us back and told us he would be about an hour.Right on time he arrived and quickly talked is through the problem and was straight to work and very thorough.Really pleased with his work and price.

phoned Colin Virgo Locksmith in the morning, and he came to the rescue in a couple of hours. Excellent service.
Really tricky job with jammed, locked french doors. With great skill and expertise and some amazing equipment he opened the doors without damage, which I thought would be Impossible.
He engineered some parts to fit obsolete items and reassembled everything. Very impressive.
All this with a smile and friendly attitude.
To cap it all, a reasonable price too.

Very professional, friendly and helpful

Had a front door gearbox mechanism seize up. Phoned Lock rite and within the hour Richard was on the doorstep sorting the issue out, it took a while to free the door as the securing hooks needed sawing through. The door was temporarily and securely fixed and a new mechanism ordered and fitted within a week. Full marks to Richard and Lockrite for their excellent customer service!

Cliffe is a fantastic locksmith! We’re brand new to the area and purchased our first home, so reached out to him to replace the locks on the property. He was very responsive, friendly, and was happy to answer all of our questions, as well as give helpful insight into what to think about when it comes to home security.
