I purchased 3 Versa V-stays for my new patio and kitchen doors back in Aug 25, but unfortunately due to multiple issues caused by my idiotic window installer I was not able to install the item until last week (May 26). The product is intended to not only restrict how far the door opens but also how much resistance to do so and also to lock the doors into an open position. These items do none of that, they are not fit for purpose and are a poorly designed product. The resistance adjuster is either off or excessive friction, no adjustments. The maximum opening does not work either because the stupid nylon block at the end has too much flex in it and it is this reason too that it is incapable of holding the door in an open position. The nylon block has a wedge cut out that the pin mates with, but the ridiculous use of this inadequate material means it has zero strength the actually hold the weight of the door. Even the gentlest of breezes 'un-holds' it. Even the screws that came with it are pathetic. Unfortunately, the length of time that has passed means the seller is refusing to refund or replace at their expense, but offering only I pay for the return. It is not financially viable to spend more money on a product that is not fit for purpose, so I will write the money off and my experience with this seller as a bad experience. I advise to any new buyer that they search the A****n or E**y websites for the NewEra product which has a metal securing latch pin and don't give your money to this company who won't take responsibility for the s**tty products they sell. I can prove my purchase and every aspect of my review to any entity that should so require it.

Need a side pin for a roller shutter. Purchased from this site using Apple Pay and arrived after 2 days. I’m pleased with the item purchased and the fast service. I would use again. Thanks.

Responsive customer service. I had to email them as I never got a confirmation email after placing an order and didn't know if my order had been dispatched.
They got back to me quickly and dispatched the goods same day.

Could do with a lot of improvements on their site, such as having an email confirmation of a placed order would be nice.
