I deal with Moe at the Laporte LockTite location often. (The company I work for has several units at her location)
She is so professional and always will to accommodate in anyway she can.
I recommend LockTite Laporte and Moe Forshee to anyone that needs storage space whether it is short term or long term!

I went in and spoke with Leslie and Rene made me feel right at home; what better place to be!

I located this company by chance on Google. Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly smiling faces. The storage facility is spacious and CLEAN!! The front office had a very homie feel and they even had complimentary refreshments for their guests. From start to finish my experience was awesome! I would hands down refer LockTite Storage for all of your storage needs.

Right in the neighborhood, easy access. Getting a great rate, access to the moving truck and free lock.

Upon renting a indoor RV storage at the Wallisville location during the last quarter of 2016, I noticed that one of the overhead doors wouldn't roll up without physically pushing it up with a PVC pipe that was already inside leaning against the wall. There was no chain attached to the top of this door as needed. I reported the situation to the personnel that was working in the front office for Go Store It -(This was the storage company at this location previously), and nothing was ever done. On 1/31/17, while paying my storage rent, I reported the door situation to Gene and Leslie and they both immediately addressed the situation by explaining to me the process of getting the door repaired starting with me giving access to the storage unit. Gene then asked if there was enough room for the door technician to work and not damage my RV.
They gave me the appropriate documentation to fill out and submit with a key giving them access to the unit if I was not available, after looking in the unit and noticing that the space between the RV and the door was probably 4 feet, I told Gene that I should be there to move the RV forward if needed on the day of repair. He stated he would call me as soon as the door repair company gave him a appointment date and time.
On 2/3/17, I received a call from LockTite and it was from Gene telling me that the door repairman would be coming on this date and giving me the time, I responded telling him I would be there. There was probably a 3 hour time span since Gene and I had talked and I was enroute to the Storage Lot then receiving a call from Gene telling me the door was repaired and the repairman was just leaving. I was amazed and continued to the location. Upon arrival, I met with Gene and he explained that he escorted and waited at my stall to be sure that my RV was clear while the repairman installed a new chain on the door. Thank you Gene and Leslie for your welcoming personalities, expedient service and Gene for being conscientious about our valuables.

Best customer service in town, Moe is amazing, my kids and i felt right at home. Such a great and easy experience, i will absolutely recommend them!

I went there to finish some paperwork. I instantly noticed the great changes that had been made. The whole mood of the place was welcoming and inviting. The young lady who helped me Leslie Lopez was very professional fast and helpful with getting my paperwork done in a timely manner. She will make a great manager. Thank you for your service.

Went to finish arrangements, pay, etc; and the employee on site was rude and snapped at me because I wanted to get in the door. It was freezing outside. I left. If it happens the next time I will go elsewhere.

I'm happy about this place a little pricey but I'm satisfied

This is a clean place door works great very nice staff you will day to your self this is great no up stairs easy to load. And unload.so much better than public storage.trust me what I say. Linda Kenney Conroe tx
