Loft Leaf Avis

plant arrived completely toppled over - soil everywhere in box - plant damaged therefore

I have bought from Em and Jay at loft leaf on a few occasions recently. The plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The plants were a bit rarer than the normal and will be an excellent addition to my growing collection.

My first time ordering from Loft Leaf

I’d been on the hunt for specific Alocasias. After placing my order, a very kind Jamie reached out to me to let me know about the quality of my order and even sent a picture to make sure if I was happy with it.

This was so very appreciated

I will definitely be ordering again

Everything packed very carefully. Soil secured with the clingfilm. Box filled with the filler so my plants wasnt moving inside.
Order prepared the next day. They even stoped it over the weekend, as there was bank holiday and my package could stuck somewhere, and massaged me about it before so all aspects went just perfect.
I'm really happy with everything. Love my plants and will definitely use them again!

Great service. Packed and delivered safely. Will definitely be ordering some more when a couple are back in stock.
