Logo2web set a unique brand impression of my business. I hired them for their stationery design package.
It was an all-in-one combo to uplift my brand identity. It included unique business cards, letterhead, and envelope designs which attracted many new leads towards the business.
The company carries out an extensive thought process before creating designs to ensure their effectiveness. They managed to set a good perception of the brand as their designs reflected a positive image which significantly increased the returns on investments of my business.
The part which attracted me the most was their pricing; it was definitely value for the price. Their professional attitude throughout the whole process was mesmerizing. They even provided revisions till the time of delivery to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

I had a person called Zack constantly whatsapp me until I finally agreed to purchase a package from them. I paid up front with the promise of a money back guarantee. He provided me with a few logos which looked like a 5 year old had done on "paint".

They were awful and he wouldn't adapt them any further to what I wanted so I asked for my money back. I gave my PayPal email but he said he cant transfer it back because of fees so I eventually gave my bank details. Safe to say, weeks later still no refund!!

I then contacted someone else who tried to get out of giving me a refund because of some hidden terms and conditions. After arguing with them i have finally got a refund less some charges.
