Logo macy is a scammer web developer. They built a website and logo for me and I paid .shortly after that calls and emails started coming intimidating me that they will pull my web site down. I recently paid $720 for 5 yrs of web hosting and after 18 months i got several text and emails from Liam wilson threatening me to pay $1720 addition for hosting . I refused and rather had an another company rebuild my website and this time I am hosting on Godaddy- never had this nonsence before. Also their staff keep leaving the company

Charge a small fee for logo design. Then pattern and trade mark One fee after another and they never stopped for some “service” they claimed they perform for you . Run! These are scammers from a sanctioned Pakistan company with many fictitious names pretending to be legitimate US company. Your logo and or trademarks are guaranteed to be rejected as they’re not from legitimate firms please Google and see the case from USPTO against this company Abtach and 360 digital marketing. Spend thousands of dollars without going no where in trademark.

I ordered a logo from this company over five years ago. They have since contacted me 14 times regarding a "trademark issue." They typically use scare tactics to get you to trademark the logo, and from what I've heard, they never actually do.

I have asked them multiple times to stop contacting me, I have since changed the name and logo, which wasn't the greatest in the first place.

This will be the 5th documented case of me asking Logo Macy to REMOVE my file and contact information, or else I will be filing a cease & desist, reporting harassment to the FTC, and lodging a complaint with the BBB.

This company has become a joke since it has been sold, do NOT do business with them.

They try to scam you over and over again saying you need to pay them because someone has recently filed a trademark with the same name as your “copyright” that they set up for me years ago. Total scammers. They just try to scare you into thinking you could get into legal trouble that doesn’t even exist. They refer to the global copyright registry which is also known for being a scam. Don’t give them any business ever.

This company took several thousand dollars for logo design, web design, hosting services. Failed to make me an admin, so when I never could reach them for issues, I couldn't take my website anywhere else. USPTO Office action for business name was left without response, causing abandonment. Now after I tried to file on my own 3 years later, and them reaching back out for more money, they said I can be sued for $30,000. Jokes on you, you stole all my start up money so now I have no website or business. Do not use them for anything. Scammers who use internet phones who hold the business hostage while they milk you for more and more money.

Scam. Did my logo and it worked out good. After that it went downhill. They supposedly filed for a trademark on my business name after me paying them. Never got proof or couldn't find anything online. Then was told I needed to pay more to renew said trademark. Which I didn't because never had proof it was done in the first place. Now got an email from them stating The Litigation was under review with the Infringement chambers after which as per process the litigation file has been assigned to us. The one time standard full and final fee towards the trademark registration final closures and approvals + the litigation lawsuit settlement and attestations is USD 1499 + USD 749. Whereas the cancellations with petition and approvals is USD 1075 + USD 499 respectively.
As per IP litigation regulations there is never a deadline frame since the moment the claims are approved and the opposition attorney is able to speed the approvals the lawsuit can be served any time

Scam. Claiming that there is a logo and/or name trademark infringement and I'll have to pay 16000 within 72 hours. I never even used the logo they gave me and never actually started my LLC...do not use these fools. They will scam you with scare tactics.

They are harrassing me every week.

The reason I contacted you is that our company received a call from a Copyright Law Firm based out of Seattle that one of their clients has filed a copyright for the Logo that has the same design elements from the Logo such as yours and they are in the same line of business as yours.
Our lawyer informed that the similar logo has been brought up USPTO office for registration. We thought it was you. I was just confirming it whether it was you or someone else.

Although I am happy with my logo (which is what I hired Logo Macy to do), I am not happy with the THOUSANDS of dollars I have spent on a website that is no more impressive than if I had just designed one on Wix. Every time I think I have paid everything I need to pay, they come up with some new thing that needs to be done and it always costs me more money. When does it end? I am certain I have spent close to $10,000 for a website that my teenage son could have designed and I am no more recognized on the web!

I started with Logo Macy back in June 2021 and it has been the worse experience. If I could rate this company no stars I would. I want to warn anyone who might be considering hiring this company. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH and pay attention to these complaints it will save you time and money. I would question any 5-star rating you find on this company; I find it odd for every complaint there are two to three 5-stars after it. This company lacks professionalism, communication, integrity, and honesty. I started with a logo that they did not create. It took a couple of months with no results on their end. My son created one for me that I loved. I told them I wanted to use my son’s logo and they were ok with accepting that until I saw that they slap a background on the logo and called it a completed project on their end. I paid them for the work my son produced. Being eager to get my project moving. I let it slide. This was a mistake on my end. When the website project began, this would be the beginning of my headache. I was clueless about the process. I didn't have a lot of experience with web development, and they knew I relied on them for their expertise. However, I feel taken advantage of. But this was an experience that would change how I view these types of companies in the future.
Watch out for last-minute team changes, they will change out your team without notification. So, you get to explain what you want all over again with multiple teams and still never achieve the results you paid for. This almost felt like they kept assigning a new team to weasel more money out of me. Highly frustrated, I should have backed out but was invested over 5K. I felt maybe I just needed to learn this process and I would understand. 4 teams later same sad results and a higher demand for more money for things I wasn’t sure I needed.
Now it gets worse. This would be the straw that broke the camel's back and led to this review. This company is holding my website “hostage” including the domain, and CMS (back end on Word Press) until I pay for what they said I need a new security SSL algorithm update. I just paid for TLS certification in June 2022 and it’s now October 2022 they’re asking me for an additional $250 one-time fee for this security update. They told me in June that I would only have to pay this once. Well, this wasn't the case a continuous blindside for more money. By the way, my site was up until they contacted me and now my site is down because I refused to pay the $250. So, I feel like my site is being held for ransom ($250). I was told to pay for the security update, and I will have full access. Needless to mention they are holding my domain hostage as well, and I never could get access to it no matter how many times I've asked for it. I made the mistake of letting them purchase my domain which gives them access to jerk me around with it. They are truly the owners so don’t let them tell you that you own your domain. Please Let me know if you get access to yours. Never allow a developer to purchase your domain. Hard lesson learned. The last thing, after fussing with them, they gave me access to my back end, which let me know they have control to flip the switch on my site. However, while I had an opportunity to check my updates, I noticed that my SSL plugin was not updated. Once I updated it myself which was a simple click of a button in WordPress. I notice the URL change to HTTPS from HTTP and automatedly booted me out with an error stating that the URL could not be verified on the current server, this is their server. I contact my new project manager and he stated "you are doing things on your own, so we're not responsible for fixing what you mess up, so if you want your page up and running you must pay for the security update… I have this in a text. Please do not use this company. The quality of service is poor and the product I got I could have done better with Shopify.

This company is deceptive, they lie and tell you, you need things that you don't want to make more money off of you. They promise they can give you want you want, and you go through hell because in reality the only thing their good at is Logos not website build, I started building a website with them in July of 2021, I had to wait for answers, the quality of service, what they wanted to put on my site as oppose to what I wanted was poor quality, I had to keep sending spreadsheets back to them over, and over, and over, which told me they didn't know what they were doing, and figuring it out as they went along. I had to put more hours in to help these people build my website, and I could have done that on my own. I have been asking them to move my site to the server since April of 2022, it is now Oct of 2022, they have not done it, and at this point I want what I paid them for, and I will use a far better company to enhance the site. They will lie and present a nice website to you like you are going to get the same quality, again, their logos are great, but don't purchase services to build your website. When they were done, there were still things broken, not done, and they tried to get more money out of me for additional things, when they didn't properly fix my website, and now I just want them to deliver it into my hands, they are stalling to move my website to my server, out of spite, because I was not happy with their services, and I don't want to sign their document that I was satisfied, which is the document they use to deliver your server to you, DECEPTIVE. So their excuse for holding on to the site is because I won't sign to receive it, WHICH is a document that says I am satisfied with the BUILD, which I was not, what they want me to sign is deceptive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WEBSITE BUILD.

I initially came across Logo Macy as I was searching for a company to make my business logo. They did an excellent job creating it. It was made exactly to my liking! I have a great team of designers who take the time to listen to my business ideas and because of that, I chose Logo Macy to also design my business website. All have been very helpful during the process but Oscar has gone the extra mile to thoroughly explain each step needed to create an excellent website for my business. Being a first time business owner, I had no idea where to start. At times I felt overwhelmed but Oscar took the time to hear and address my concerns. Not only does he provide excellent customer service but his web design skills are amazing. My website looks fun and professional and will be sure to attract many customers. I would recommend Logo Macy to anyone and would specifically recommend Oscar for first time business owners!

Trash they just want your money and give untidy and unfinished work. I recommend fiverr for your needs.

Great service. I was impressed with all the logos that I had options to choose from. It was hard for me to choose one so I decided to go with one for now then within the next month I will use 2 more logos that they designed because I don't want them to go to waist. I thought to myself that It wouldn't hurt to have multiple logos. One I will put on my website and the others I could use for my company shirts. I can't wait for people to see them.

4 months waiting for a logo!!!!!! The most annoying and disappointed experience, I guess that saying of you get what you pay for it is so true, what I thought it was a good deal ended up being a nightmare, their communication is awful, after numerous attempts to get the logo I paid for on March 1st, I finally gave up and realized they will never deliver, even when we settle for a basic logo they came up with, they just took my money, big scam!
