So I want to start off by saying I Am really satisfied with my logos. I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Oscar Smith, Professional Design and Marketing Specialist, who is very patient, a great listener and very polite. The response time was good and he took action immediately. Then I had the pleaseure of communicating with Anna Green. Accounts Manager from the design team, whom also was very prompt on response time. The Design Team brought my Logo vision to life and I can now say I have a beautiful brand. The total fee was not bad for all that I have gotten from LogoMacy. Also, they move on the customers pace, no rushing and no delaying... just steady Customer Sevice! I do recommend LogoMacy to anyone that wants Quality work at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Thanks so much Oscar and team for all your great work... you may have to kreate more for me sooner than later😃👍🏼

The my SCAMMED ME!!!! Do not go here I was scammed for 500! Disappeared on me after a month I have no website nothing. I’m beyond pissed! Run!

They couldn't give me a creative logo and then beacuse they are money back ganurantee I asked for it back but they kept trying to send me logos when I told them that I hired someone else they still kept trying then they Finally gave up and said well since I had so me reversion of them trying that they can only give me 40% of my money back .. i said okay that was over two months ago and I still haven't gotten my money back I call my project manager he doesn't answer I chat with them or call the number on the website and they say they will get the project manager to respond.. I do not recommend!!!!

I had such a great experience working with Justin Davis. He was readily available and willing to support my business in any way that he could. Communication was prompt and all my questions were answered.

I found this company by way of Google. From the moment I clicked on the website I was service by the live chat and from there I proceeded with the basic package with the result of a BEAUTIFUL LOGO and an AWESOME and PATIENT project manager by the name of Justin Davis who has been such a help. He has been VERY imformative, patient, courteous and has gone the EXTRA MILE to serve my company. Because of him, I have furthered my relationship with Logo Macy and am looking into ADDITIONAL services. I am so glad that I found your company and am EXCITED about your services thus far and I APPRECIATE Justin and ALL of his hard work for my company. Thank you Justin and Logo Macy. This is good site so far so good everything is going as plan I am loving what’s being created and more.

Terrible experience with this company. Anything after having a logo created, is fraudulent. Constant harassment from the project manager from different phone numbers day in and day out about paying large lump sums of money to secure your business name and logo. I paid for a logo copyright and registration and I received a fraudulent certificate and registration number. I contacted the office who verifies copyright registration numbers and they were unable to verify any information that I was given by this company, and notified me that the process doesn't even work the way this company described it to and assured me that the certificate was indeed fake. I was also heckled about trademarking my business name and was given a 48 hour time frame or else, because coincidentally someone else had the same business name as me and was trying to trademark at the same exact time. False information. Just a scare tactic for you to pay more money.

After leaving this review, I have been harassed by this company via phone call and text message and email. I have been called and texted from numerous numbers, all them. I also realize that this company operates via text free app. Very unprofessional and screams scammers to say the least. I was told that I would not be refunded unless the review was removed. Imagine how many other people they've been able to scare into removing their negative review to make it appear as if they have a great company with all of the positive reviews being left. HORRIBLE! SCAMMERS!

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would.

Impressive designs and they are pretty fast at work and they retouch your project several times until you get satisfied. Got some good help by Oscar, My Project Manager.

Let me tell you I’m one happy customer. I was determine to find the right person to design my logo. I submitted an online inquiry and received a call back from Oscar. He was polite, professional and most important he understood my vision for my logo. Oscar immediately got to work. Within 48 hours I had a logo that only required one revision. We all know how important a logo is for a business. Oscar, emailed me two versions of the logo . I was amazed on the quality of work he delivered. So pleased that I decided to hire them as well for my website. Thank you for making such an important decision so easy.

My dedicated customer support agent, Justin was very helpful and professional. He didn't just correspond with me via email, he even took the time to make personal phone calls to me. And in today's day and age of electronic communications, in my opinion that says a lot. Sometimes it is nice to know that there is actually a real person at the other end hearing and understanding what it is you are trying to convey. With that me said I had an image of what I wanted my logo to look like and sent a copy that I had designed myself and requested it to be cleaned up. And as you are provided with 4 samples of a logo. I also requested that they design 2 images for me as well. In the end it wasn't my design that I liked at alI. I actually had difficulty choosing between the 2 designs that they had created for me. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and customer service. Thanks again Justin:)

Constant spam since using them for a logo. They have my name wrong, so I know the spam is originating from them. They call and try to scare you into paying more money. They told me I could be arrested if I did not register my logo. Terrible company, borderline scammers.
Update:
Since leaving this review they have called and begged for me to remove it. Now they are threatening to sue if I don't remove this review. This company has gone from bad to worse.

My results for my small business logo came out even better then what I had imagined. Absolutely love how they take into consideration every detail you like to accommodate within the logo. I adore my results, it fits me and my business just right!!!

I think it’s ridiculous to continuously object to my review Thru trust pilot! It borders on harassment! You did a poor job and my experience wasn’t pleasant dealing with anyone during and most definitely afterwards! Accept you had a customer you missed the mark with and grow from it, but the way your going about it is objecting to my review and demanding revisions of it! I also stated I didn’t wanted to be contacted anymore from my email but your lead designer and she did so anyway! Now I’ve been in business a bit so I’ve asked you not to contact me but you went ahead anyways, I’m in distress at this point from your company as well as trust pilot doing so! If your continue to contact me well then I’ll pursue legal means to rectify you badgering me!
