My review was removed recently because the rules stipulate you cannot use any identiable inputs such as a name, and because my review was negative the owner has used the as a vehicle to remove negative posts. Not surprisingly they haven't reported any of the reviews that are positive that have the owners name in.

So here is an updated review of my old review but without the owners name in:

"The owner and his team were working on my project but have gone completely MIA. Can't seem to get hold of them and no one seems to be responding to my requests. Not sure what's happened.

Having to go through a chargeback claim now after not being able to make contact as i've paid in full but not received the goods :("

I have to give it to Logozila. I’m not an easy customer, but they have had patience with me. At first, I had doubts. However, in the end there work ethics, my website design and candle labels have shown them to be a real dedicated company that is about there business and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

My experience with Logo Zila has been topnotch from day one Stan was truly a great guide for me he navigated me to the right person who would understand my vision and how far I can go with my ideas which is the project manager named Clay. Clay helped me understand a lot of the dynamics in Graphic design that helped me to see what my project would really look like before I went on to the next faze the communication was always on point and he never rushed through the project I was very satisfied so I would recommend Logo Zila to any one dealing with graphic design for their project this company is stamped and approved by me !!!

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. STEVE AND RICHARD ARE THE FRONT SCAMSTERS. THEY TOOK $1800 TO BUILD MY LOGO AND WEBSITE AND THEN DOWNGRADED MY SERVER CAPACITY AND NOW MY WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. THE CONTENT HAS DISAPPEARED AND ALL PAGES ARE NOT ONLINE. GOING TO SUE THEM IF I CAN GET HOLD OF SOMEONE. ALL PHONE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE.

I was truly blessed to find Logo Zillia to prepare my website for me for their team has been awesome especially Ms Hazel who has built a relationship of trust and commitment to project and I would recommend Logo Zillia to anyone.

My new logo is fantastic! They were kind to me. And paid attention to what I wanted. I will absolutely recommend this fantastic company to others.

They did great job on logo (had to ask for specific changes many times, but ok). I went with them for website package. They started working and then dropped off the map-not returning calls or emails. We fought charge on credit card and got refunded.
They then called us saying they changed hands and want to do it again. So far its been 5 weeks and no progress has been made. Original salesperson stopped responding too. Stay away
They claim they are based in Florida but all people I spoke to have a strong accent. Prob based in India
Update: 2023 They finally completed website after months but gave us a non functioning backend-which we discussed prior would be working so we can update website ourselves. So we are stuck with website we can't edit (there are mistakes) and add anything to. Also it keeps getting spammed. They tried to sell us a bunch of add on products all along. some we purchased but nobody responds to emails when we have issue

I requested a logo that combines a simple look with current humorous accents. All other key elements matched my expectations. Services that are completely authenticated. Approved!

The people I dealt with was just crooked and liars. I paid for a website project that took them six months to give me just the template. Then one later they finally get back to me about finishing my project and telling me they are a new company and they purchased from Logozila. I will pray for no one else to fall in the same traps. They are liars, corrupt and unworthy. I will never do business again with whom ever associated with Logozila and I would pray no one else take the risks of doing business with them. Whoever claimed they were the project manager ever cursed the hell out of me. So, just be cognizant of my situation and I will hope you don’t even bother to look into their business.

Hazel was a pleasure to work with. Designs and revisions we're received in a timely manner. Together with her team, I was provided with a very professional and elegant logo. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the service I received!

I’ve used Logozilla twice already I absolutely love that they bring my logo designs that I draw to life . Logozilla is an amazing service ,I recommended Logozilla for all your business needs. They are amazing with the turn around time.

$300 to build a basic website they took my money and disappeared and will not return calls, they claim that they were bought out by another company and do not give refunds, but they can build you in 2 days. Jacob A. the project manager for the third week has been reaching out to the financial department. Again no response.

Scammers!! I had a great experience with a logo design.. then from there they wanted to build a website.. it was built and I paid for 3 years of hosting. the site has had issues being live since it was published and has been offline for 2 weeks with no response from them as I have tried calling and emailing. Do your self a favor and JUST DON’T hire logozila for ANYTHING!!

Scammers paid for website and logos they’d took the money and won’t respond. Dealt with Kevin Reed if that’s what his name is gangsters paid £800’they took the money and two weeks later their email was offline their phone number didn’t connect
