I order every 3 months never have an issue.Will continue to use them

The logs were well crated and suitably protected to keep them dry. The logs were of consistent quality and size. Delivery was on time and the driver managed to drop the pallet where I would have time to de-palletise the logs without causing an obstruction.

Great service and delivery

As usual excellent customer service, delivery on time and well packed. You have lost a star because the whole shipment was branch wood, more sapwood than heart so the logs burn very fast, hot, but fast.

The logs seem to be good quality though some seem to be overly large. Also they did not arrive on the appointed day and I had to chase to get an answer. Arranged to arrive following day when the driver was helpful in positioning pallet on drive.

I have bought logs from logs for sale before and have been really happy. This time the delivery man put the pallet very near my back door making it much easier for me to move the logs to my log store. The quality of the logs is excellent and better than logs bought from a local supplier. Well worth the money.

Delivery on time, driver very obligingly brought the crate up the drive, god friendly service

ordering is fine my issue is that we live on a lane so there is no parking for a large lorry without blocking the lane.
We have large farm vehicles in and out of our drive and if you used a smaller vehicle (something like an amazon van) instead of a lorry with one delivery on it you could also bring the vehicle into my drive.
It is ridiculous using the size of lorry they do for one box of wood each time. You have always delivered fine in the past but the size of vehicle now is unbelievable.

easy delivery and very helpful with siting of crate

Good product, quality and quantity as described, with on-schedule delivery. Only 4 stars due to the flimsy top polythene covering which always seems to get damaged during transit and allows rainwater to enter if the weather is poor during/after delivery. We pay a lot of money for dry logs, but with a risk of them getting damp after delivery if they can't be dealt with immediately.
