We had 3 extra large pallets of Ash a lot of the logs were not ash there was a mixture of different wood as we have used this company for the past 3 years the logs have been very good and we have given 5 stars but not this time that’s why the lower rating

Very easy to order online and I was kept up to date with delivery etc. All arrived bang on time, driver was super lovely and put everything as close as possible to log store. I cannot comment yet as to how they burn but I do have a moisture meter and what I recieved are definately on the low side so very pleased. The crate was solidly packed, not just thrown in with gaps everywhere so I am more than happy with the amount they packed in. Logs are cinderella size (not too big not too small).

As always, delivery as arranged and same delivery driver as last 2 years who is always friendly and helpful. Logs are usual high quality. Thank you for another good experience.

Used for many years because of the consistent quality of the product and its delivery.
I chose the extra large crate of Ash because the consistency of size makes it easier to stack compared to Oak which tends to be more irregular. The quality of the Ash logs is excellent and clean. They burn more quickly than Oak, but not as quickly as Birch. It also burns more brightly and hotter than Oak. Their properties suit my needs, burning mid to late afternoon, into the evening.
This size of crate lasts me for a season.
I like that I can choose a delivery date to suit me, and the drivers have always been very accommodating.

The Birch logs we got at a discount was great.

Helgul staff, excellent logs. My only quibble is that delivery drivers do not take pallets as indicated by yiur website when I started. I am 79 and I can’t deal with pallets. I understand they can’t be burned either. Occasionally can get someone to take them to a local allotment. Please solve this issue! Warm regards Carol

5 stars because their products are competitively priced and good quality. Once you’ve found a good one, that’s it. 3rd season with them. The delivery guy was exceptional, placed the crate in the exact position and orientation that I wanted, was courteous and deserves a pay rise. If any improvement can be made it would be to advise by text or a phone call the night before of imminent delivery, particularly if you placed your order weeks ago. Recommended.
