Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Where is the Mango???
I pirchased Lola’s cakes because they are convenient of location, multiple of flavours to choose, competitive price.
I choose Mango & Yuzu cake because I love mango. Back home I always purchased mango flavour.
I am a bit disappointed with the product because I can only taste the citrus flavour of yuzu. I can’t find the balance of both flavour.
For future preference I will try other flavor 🤗

We are sorry to hear that your cake in the red velvet sponge selection tasted too much like a chocolate cake, this is not a usual occurrence with our bakery as the flavour profile of our red velvet sponges does consist of a combination of vanilla and cocoa.
We would like to assure you that all of our products are made from scratch and handcrafted by our bakery team, who take great pride in using high-quality ingredients to create fresh cakes and cupcakes baked for the date of delivery.

Great Tasting
Great value, especially when using my loyalty points and additional loyalty discounts! The cake tasted absolutely lovely, and collection was so easy thanks to the convenient, easy-to-carry box.

Red Velvet Cake - Collection
Ordered Red Velvet cake for a colleagues service anniversary. Ordered online super easy collected before 9am on the day I needed. Cake was fresh and tasted great. Would use again.

Lovely
Lovely, delicious and fresh as always. I always use lolas for special occassions. Staff at the canary wharf store are always so helpful. Once even helping me take 2 large cakes and 40 cupcakes to my car.
