Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Hi Kiran,
I am getting in touch with you following on from your Trust Pilot review where you said -
"Great staff at kx branch - friendly.

I'm very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the packaging of your order and the product in comparison to the website.
As all of our cakes are hand made, sometimes they can vary slightly from person to person when they are decorated.
Do you happen to have any photographs of the cake?
This is so that I can try and investigate this for you as well as showing our Bakery Manager.
Could you also provide me with more information about your disappointment with the packaging?
This is so I can pass on your feedback to the relevant team.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,
Quick and efficient

Cakes are excellent however slightly stressful trying to collect when the kiosk says it will be open until 8pm but staff working there say they’ll be “open until they sell out” meaning I rushed to get there for 6pm as they were closing! Also difficult to locate kiosk based on details provided

Fabulously delicious
Ordered a vegan red velvet birthday cake from Kings Cross branch. The lady was fun, and gave great advice. I couldn’t decide between chocolate and red velvet because they both taste amazing. Settled for red velvet. The lady was very welcoming, patient, fun and fabulous. I was emailed a day before and collected my cake hassle free. 😋
