Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

My daughters bday cake
I made enquiry by email first, very helpful. Then ordered the cake and picked it up in couple of days, easy to choose the date. I picked up day before my daughter’s party. It was kept cool in the Marylebone station. Friendly lady showed to me and packed it in an easy to hold Lola’s carrier/gift bag. Cake was so delicious, not a piece left. Cake was for 14 /medium size. Thank you! Will definitely order again.
