City Tour Avis 5

We boarded bus LX58CEF at Tower Bridge bus stop. What was to be a pleasant tour was spoilt by the very bad bus driver. Driver was mad when a Mercedes Benz cut into his lane and the bus driver drove very fast overtook the Mercedes Benz and then abruptly braked causing us passengers to jerked forward. The bus driver was too aggressive in his driving the 2 hours we were on the bus. Overall the driving was bad and this driver ought to be send for retraining and refresher class for common road courtesy and passenger care

We went on a rainy day, and that cost a lot of delay, and because of the delay, the driver had to skip 10 stops, so on the red line we only saw 10 stops out of the total of 20 stops.. We we bought the tickets for for around 37 pounds. So it was NOT worth our money.
And we waited for 45 minutes for the bus before it came, and we were told to wait for about 12 minutes.
Would not recommend.

We had the choice between Big tours London another service and city tours but had a really bad experience.

Firet of all. We purchased our tickets (2 adults and one child) at the stand opposite hard rock cafè at Piccadilly Circus. He seemed nice but ended up charging us for 3 adults and a child. The mistake was obvious: he tried to con us (and did) we found the error later and got a refund after complaining. Be aware and check your tickets and bill before you leave the booth.

Secondly: the route was wrong. Part of the route was closed (not their fault) but quite a bit was left out. Should have been told before hand

Third: the number of bussed is NOT every 15 minutes. 1/2 hour at the most. We ended up walking part of the route instead.

The first part was not a good experience. The extra charge was 32 pounds. He printed an extra ticked which cut off from the other tickets and saved. It seemed as If he was saving It for the next customer. That is selling the same ticket twice.

Really enjoyed the london tour and city tour is convenient way for london sight seeing 👍

We traveled to London and wanted to choose a city bus tour. It was the queens birthday and the marathon was happening. We made sure in choosing this company that these events would not cause any trouble or delays.
When we finally (after a LONG wait) got on the first tour we did not see any of the things we heard about in the headset. The next day we wanted to choose a different route. After waiting for 45 min we tried calling their office but no answer. We never made it to the second tour because our 24 hours were up.
We contacted the company for a refund but they refused.
Awfull service DO NOT choose this tour company!!! Pick one of the other whitch we saw driving all the time
