I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from London and Home Counties Safes. I found the website and videos very informative, and when I reached out with some questions prior to placing the order, David was extremely helpful in providing thoughtful and timely advice. It was easy to place the order and book the installation date.
On the morning of the day of installation, David sent me an ETA on WhatsApp, and Sandro arrived at the specified time in a discreet van. The installation itself took about an hour, and Sandro did a great job. I appreciate how he even brought his own vacuum cleaner to hoover up the dust from the drilling. He was also able to give me some good advice on the general security around the house, and what could be done to improve it.
The safe itself lives up to its reputation on the website. I can't believe anyone will be able to break into it or run away with it.
All in all, I couldn't be happier, and I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone in the market for a safe.

Needed a quick fitting of an insurance certified safe on the same day, called on a Monday morning. Called, they gave great advice, by 11.30am on the same day it was installed, went through how it works etc. Can’t recommend this service enough, friendly and efficient, all you need to do is remember the pin!!!
