A painless experience!

It took me a while to write this review as we were busy settling-into our new home. I reached out to London safe not knowing what kind of safe I should install and David was very prompt and helpful with the selections. Installation was also very professional and I was taught and shown in details of how to operate the safe (even though there was also an instruction sheet). I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

My Safe batteries in the keypad had gone and I had no idea how to open my safe.

Within two minutes David had identified the safe, found the specific YouTube clip that would help me and sent it to me with no reward for himself. I was so impressed with the service I will make sure I use David’s company in the future.

Looking for a safe I found this firm on Google, chatted online with Dave then rang to discuss the requirements, speaking direct with Dave. I purchased and they delivered (in what appeared to be florist's van!) and installed the following day. First class service, pleasant and friendly people who know what they are doing. Great experience.

I highly recommend London Safes. They were very informative when I placed the order and it was a simple process. They kept me informed on the delivery date and were flexible when I needed to change it. Sandro phoned me on his way to the house to say when they would be arriving and he was on time. The installation was easy and he kept everything clean and tidy. He also explained how the safe operated in a very clear way. Overall the customer service was excellent.
