Great experience
Mehwish , Faizan and Saif were friendly, helpful and responsive. We were able to book in gas and electricity safety certificate checks within the timeframes we needed and the team arranged for both to be done the same day, even though originally a gas engineer was not available, making our lives much easier. Fast turnaround for receiving the certificates too. Thank you!

Professional SCAMMERS
Professional SCAMMERS!
Firstly, these guys are not quilified at doing certification and secondly they take 50% of cost upfront and never give you valid certification.
They are great at trying to sound polite and courtious, however, they are real hardcore SCAMMERS.
Pay more with a genuine company and get it done properly rather than deal with these SCAMMERS.

Hi Renato, thanks for your feedback - but we strongly dispute this review.
We are a genuine compliance company and our inspections and certificates are carried out and issued by appropriately qualified, registered engineers/assessors. We also take upfront payments as standard to secure bookings, allocate engineers, and confirm appointments - this is clearly explained at the time of booking.
Most importantly: we do not keep payments without delivering the service. If you believe you haven’t received a valid certificate, we can resolve it quickly, but we’ll need you to contact us directly with your booking reference / property address / date of inspection so we can locate the job and provide the certificate or explain exactly what’s outstanding (e.g., access issues, remedial work required, or an incomplete inspection).
Please message us with those details and we’ll investigate immediately and put this right.

Came to do an EICR check
Came to do an EICR check, gave me a C2 for mixed brand MCBs. When I queried why they gave this rating they said it was in line with the Best Practice Guide 4. When I checked the Best Practice Guide 4 it clearly says a C2 is only given when there are signs of thermal or physical damage to a mixed brand MCB, no such damage was noted. After several emails and calls (including one where they muted themselves) they were unable to provide an explanation of why they were in fact deviating from the guidance. This is just a ploy to get you to book additional work with them.

Hi Mike, thank you for your review. We always follow BS7671 requirements and the recognised Best Practice Guides when coding EICRs. C2 coding is not given to encourage extra work - it is only applied when the engineer believes there is a potential safety risk that requires attention.
We can explain the code in detail and ensure everything is 100% clear.
Your safety and confidence in our service is important, and we are committed to resolving this professionally.
