Non commercial home use purchaser.
I’m a domestic, small order purchaser, which equates to 4 bottles whenever we run out.
I really can’t fault this company. They are quick, efficient, reliable, and everything just runs smooth.
Can I have some water please, yes, here it is. All arranged by a quick email and replied too with 10 minutes.
This genuinely seems to be a golden egg, top quality service, with complétive prices.
Buying from here has saved plastic waste, and money. The water has a great taste. I have no reason to go anywhere else.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this company genuinely deserves a shout out.
Get yourself a dispenser, give them a go.

horrible customer service and incompetent delivery drivers
The driver left the bottles outside my door without making an attempt to ring the doorbell. I called customer service about this and they said they will make an attempt to collect it back. They did not. I then receive an invoice for £45 and left with empty bottles.
I called customer service and explained that the driver did not ring my doorbell, and that there are two of us in the household to test that the bell was in fact working and she would rather take the driver's word for it because "he writes everything down" despite being a customer for 2+ years and having may deliveries in the past without any issues.
Instead of arguing with who was at fault, consider getting to the point on how to make things right. You could have done this in various ways.
Consider retraining your staff to handle customer complaints and your drivers on how to ring a doorbell.

we have been using this company for over 2 years and never a problem; they do what they say they are going to do. And with the reassurance that we do not have to dispose of bottles as they are recycled.

LWD is by far the best water delivery company in London we've used, and we've tried quite a few... It's a small and friendly company that's very helpful, resourceful and reliable.
