Goodies to Oz

Ordering from the site,so easy and delivery seamless roadrunner couldn't do it any quicker,delivered way ahead of expectation with DHL. So impressed ordered the second time ,delivery to Australia again, looking forward to the same experience as is self made Christmas box. Would recommend this company to anyone no hesitation so professional

Paddy box good delivery service dreadful

The Paddy Box itself was lovely. The delivery service by u p s was bad. They said attempted delivery which they didnt because 2 people were home all day. They left box at collection point which was drive away but my daughter doesn't have a car so had take a taxi First attempt collecting was failure cos you needed an invoice notice number which I didn't have and ups s didnt provide. A day letter my daughter had to take taxi to collect which eventually she managed. The whole delivery service completely ruined what was to be a nice house warming surprise. I will never use u p s again

I paid for a dhl express delivery for…

I paid for a dhl express delivery for my brothers birthday present. It was 20 euros extra! delivery was supposed to be 1 to 2 working days and should have arrived on his bday. I checked this with online customer service. I found out afterwards that this does not include Saturdays.....which seems abit ridiculous for express service especially when it is so expensive! The package wont arrive until after the bday now

Hi Caroline,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for your disappointment. You made your order at 8:40pm on Thursday evening 20th March. As that is not inside working hours, your order was processed and dispatched on the next working day, Friday 21st. You wanted the gift delivered on Sunday 23rd. On the website and as you have said, it clearly states that express delivery is 1-2 Working Days. Saturday and Sunday are weekend days and Monday - Friday are Working Days. Unless otherwise stated, weekend deliveries are not offered or guaranteed at any time. As it was out of working hours when you made your order, you asked an automated chat feature on that website if it would arrive on the 23rd of March. Unfortunately, the automated chat cannot decipher days of the month. But, we do have a day and time estimate tool located on every product page on the website and this would have told you that the box would not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
As we have explained to you, the box was dispatched on Friday and will be delivered on the next working day, i.e. Monday 24th.
We do apologise for the misunderstanding on this order, but I can see the box is now out for delivery on Monday 24th as per the information we have given to you. We hope the recipient enjoys the treats.

I have sent several emails and also contacted via the chat site regarding generating a return on a box that was sent to me.
I have had no response to any emails, extremely poor customer care.
I look forward to hearing from you soon as it's over a week now since my first contact.
I have valid reasons for this request and believe my experience falls well below your usual and expected standards.

Both my son in Germany and my daughter…

Both my son in Germany and my daughter in Spain
have both just received their Paddy Boxes. They
love getting them and they particularly like the
Christmas tree decoration. They now have three and
look forward to receiving more. Thank you for being

Christmas came early in Brisbane and Gold Coast today ☘️! Thank you so much to the team in Paddy Box, my family were thrilled with their treats and especially the soda bread mix, a taste of home. Great value, fantastic service and super fast delivery. Many thanks Marie ☘️

Never recieved goods or refund

Never recieved goods or refund. Be very careful about using this site. I basically gave this company 73 euros and have nothing to show for it. My friend never recieved their gift and I have had no response from Paddybox to my last email requesting a refund.

Hi Ciara,

I do apologise for your disappointment. We were in contact with you and to say we were not is unfair. We have also provided a refund for the box.

As I explained in my emails to you, automated emails regarding the parcel and tracking number were sent to you. The tracking number provides details of when the box is out for delivery and delivered etc. If you check the tracking details and you were not sure that the box was delivered, then contacting UPS or us is the quickest solution. We cannot track all parcels we send out and it is the responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking and contact UPS or us if there are any issues. If we had been contacted regarding this box we would have liaised with UPS and we would work out a solution or we could have found out any information that was needed regarding the collection point, if it was not already provided on the tracking website (the location usually is provided on the tracking website).

We were contacted when the box was already sent back to us, so we were not in a position to assist you. UPS did attempt to deliver the package and there was a failed attempt, they left it at a collection point. If they had been contacted locally, another delivery attempt could have been made, they were not contacted by you or the recipient as far as I am aware and that is the reason for this situation.

The refund for the box will be with you in approx 3 working days. Again, I do apologise that this has occurred.

Very good

I ordered a paddy box for some family living in Canada for their birthdays.There was so much selection and it was so Irish!It arrived very quick at their front step.The only issue we had was the delivery was €30 so it went from being €60 to €90 but apart from that we had a very good experience and we would 100%order again.

My sister in California delighted with her birthday box,early delivery so she could fantasise for a few days about the contents and she says she was tempted to use the box as a sign for around her neck,it stated 'be careful, I'm fragile '...I will certainly be using this great company again,thanks a million!
