Loravelle Avis 

Awful just horrific from start to finish. Do not buy from this website!! I bought a dress which when it turned up, looked absolutely nothing like the dress that I thought I was buying.

The customer service is nothing but horrific when you try to return it they say you can’t return it and they offer you a measly 20% refund then you argue a little bit more and they’ll give you 50% then you argue a little bit more and they’ll give you 70% and then you say that you’re going to get your credit card provider to look into it, then they get really quite nasty! Save yourself the headache and just stay away!! SCAM!!

I would strongly advise you do NOT purchase anything from Loravelle.com. If you have and have not received what you ordered maybe this might help.

I purchased an XL shirt from Loravelle.com. The website looked good, and I checked the where the company was based. The shirt took longer than the website claimed it would to arrive and when it did arrive it was neither the style nor size, I had ordered. It was now that I checked reviews online only to see that this was not uncommon with Loravelle there had been a lot of customers with the same issue

I emailed Loravelle immediately and they got back to me confirming that there had been a mix up and the wrong item had been dispatched to me. They offered me a replacement shirt however I stated a replacement would not arrive in time as I wanted it for a trip. I confirmed I wanted to return the shirt for a refund.

I was sent an address in Chine to return the item to.

I emailed Loravell again asking why a company based in the Netherlands is asking me to return something to China. Nothing on their website return policy mentions this.

Loravelle replied saying it does clearly state they are registered in the Netherlands but supplied from China (it does not.) and they would offer me a 50% refund and I could keep the shirt.

I replied saying your website mentions China nowhere but more importantly the item received was not the item order. I quoted EU regulations that if you receive an item from an EU company that you did not order, you are under no obligation to pay for it or return it. I asked them to provide me with a prepaid envelope to return the shirt.

Loavelle replied with a 70% refund offer and to keep the shirt that I did not order.

At this point I contacted my bank and disputed the transaction. They refunded me and raised this issue with Loravelle on my behalf. I provided them with photos and the email correspondence in case my claim was disputed. My bank could not have been more helpful. I would strongly recommend to anyone who has had dealings with loravelle to do the same.

Having raised my claim with my bank I got an email back from Loravelle claiming they where unaware of any issue and they would dispute any claim as the correct item was dispatched but they would be happy to deal with me directly to resolve the issue.

I would steer clear of the website the whole experience has been a waste of my time and money. I believe that the item I ordered is not one Loravelle stock.

If you have had a similar issue report it to Loravelle and then dispute the transaction with your bank. My bank has been great and it means I am no longer going back and forth with Loravelle support.

I ordered one of their cardigans which was advertised as "premium wool". When it arrived I discovered it was a shoddy Chinese made garment made from 100% polyester. My advice is don't buy anything from this awful company.

To my surprise Loravelle shipped my order from China although I was expecting it to come from the Netherlands. The goods arrived later than expected and without labels so I had no idea how to care for them or the wool content. They did not fit so it was necessary for me to return them which became a real problem. Goods now stuck in Chinese customs for several weeks. Loravelle also know that returning them to China is very difficult. Best avoided is my advice.

As others have mentioned. They ship from China, and the shirt I ordered was too small and poor quality. Returns policy was back to China which I didn’t want to do. They had addresses in Holland and the uk on their website. Avoid at all costs. I think there are quite a few sites like this.

Same issue as others booked via ad on Instagram but no confirmation email and no tracking of order I don’t even remember what I ordered. Have searched junk folders but nothing. Will have to raise with credit card company

Terrible site, AVOID at all cost. They put so many obstacles in the way of getting a refund, made me pay for the return of my item to CHINA, at huge expense, and months later they still have not refunded me for the item. AVOID USING THEM.

Ordered a COTTON short sleeve shirt for husband and paid £40 for it. When it arrived nearly a month later, it was 100% polyester making it a very expensive item. Have asked for a refund as this was clearly misrepresentation.

Scam website - AVOID!!! Very convincing website but I had the same experience as most other comments (wish I'd looked first!!). Ordered two pairs of trousers and two polyester imitations arrived a month later. Have emailed for a refund and just get a bot response.

Item arrived - very good quality but unfortunately too small. Customer service regarding the return was outstanding! Very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would not hesitate to shop here in the future.

Lorave, I was searching for Tracksuits and come across the Lorave (should be called lowgrade lol)I don't usually check websites but after being scammed few times but today I tho I would and I'm glad I did,

Ordered a coat, when it arrived it was too small, looking at their returns policy, they advised they would send label and returns looked pretty straight forward. Not the case! Said if I paid £14.95 they would send bigger size or pay to send it back myself but they couldn’t guarantee they would receive it to refund you! Now offered me 50% back which I accepted as only option and no longer answering my emails. These companies should be ashamed of themselves, it’s disgusting!!

Avoid Loravelle

I purchased two dresses from Loravelle, a company that claims to be based in Utrecht. The dresses were advertised as being made from cotton, but when they arrived, they were 100% polyester—completely misrepresented and not what I paid for.

When I contacted them to return the defective items, I discovered that the company is actually operating from China. Instead of honoring my return request, they tried to placate me with discount offers—a clear attempt to avoid accountability.

This company is misleading in its advertising, dishonest about its operations, and lacks any sense of customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from Loravelle.

SCAM COMPANY, ordered one item and they only delivered one.. that took 1 month for delivery & quality was soooo bad, I had to throw it away as it was ripped at the bottom of the trousers, I will give 0 stars if that was possible

Keep away from this scam of a company. Ordered a jacket and it is rubbish, contacted them to return it but not hearing anything back.

DO NOT USE! A Chinese company, not Utrecht base as indicated on website, that make it as difficult as possible for you to return items. And then they finally do agree, it will cost you a fortune in shipping costs to return to China.
Also state shoes are real leather and they are not.

Although we initially had an issue with the ordering the correct sizing, the customer service in changing has been extremely efficient and helpful

AVOID!

The quality and the fit of the trousers ordered was very disappointing. When I contacted support, they refused to follow their own return policy, ignored my requests to provide a return shipping label and gave various wildly unattractive "offers" to persuade me to avoid returning the faulty item.

I had to contact my bank and report them to both local and UK consumer centres.
