Lornashouse Lifestyle Avis

My first time order online. Wow the delivery was very quick (always a bonus 😀) the Torzi boxy swing knit jumper I ordered feels so soft and fits a treat. So far, very happy 😊 also love the the paper wrapping was spritzed with a fragrance, definitely going to order that perfume sooooo nice. Thank you Lornashouse Alison 👌☺️

I bought a pair of fluffy animal print gloves online. They are better than expected. Super soft. Good price. Fast delivery and lovely personal note. I’d definitely recommend them.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. My order arrived very quickly (to Northern Ireland) with a beautiful handwritten note which was very nice considering the cyber age we live in. There was also a free perfume sample witch lasted all day. Will definitely be ordering some.

Amazing attention to detail, and the most gorgeous cardigan!! My order arrived so quickly and with such a lovely handwritten note which felt so personal- something i think a-lot of big companies fail to do!
Will definitely be ordering again soon, thanks so much!! X

Disappointing experience – breached contract and demanded more money after dispatch confirmation"I placed an order with Lorna’s House for items listed on their website. I received a formal email confirming that my order had been successfully dispatched. Under UK consumer law, a binding contract is formed the moment that dispatch email is sent. However, 30 minutes later, the retailer emailed me demanding that I pay significantly more money per item due to a pricing 'glitch', threatening to cancel the order if I refused. When I pointed out that they could not legally change the price or cancel after confirming dispatch, they admitted the items hadn't actually left the building yet—meaning the dispatch confirmation was misleading—and they forced a cancellation and refund against my wishes. While I understand small businesses make mistakes, trying to hold a customer's items hostage for more money after officially accepting the order and confirming shipment is an unfair business practice. Very poor customer service.

I have just received my beautiful Chalk Vicki ribbed jumper from Lornahouse, I love it!! It was sent very promptly and Beautifully packed with a gorgeous smelling fragrance and personalised message, which made shopping with you, such a great experience.
Thank you… I will definitely shop with you again. X

No wonder this company has so many 5star reviews!! They offer a beautiful , personal service. First order with them, certainly not my last, but even for a comparatively small order, you feel as though they care. Long may it continue!!!
(Just wish I lived nearer😊)

Absolutely beautiful scarf, packaged thoughtfully - love the spritz of perfume and the hand-written note! Thank you for a lovely shopping experience.

I ordered something online as a treat for myself and is was quickly dispatched, nicely wrapped and smelled great. There was a lovely note too. What a lovely experience

So pleased I have just found Lornashouse online.
Beautiful things at affordable prices.
So pleased with my shoes, which came with a little handwritten note, as a first time customer, a gorgeous spritz of perfume and a little sample of perfume too.
Absolutely wonderful.
I will be back, not least to buy gifts!
With many thanks.

I hate shopping online but made an exception when a friend sent me a link to Lorna's house, as I'd been admiring her harem pants.

I ordered a couple of pairs that are great quality for the price. My parcel arrived within a couple of days (smelled gorgeous) and included a free perfume sample and hand written note - what's not to love ☺️

Lovely quality poncho - great quality for the price. Also - really prompt delivery. Seems like a lovely small company with a great looking bricks and mortar store.

Been looking for Italian styling after my local shop closed and found Lornashouse via Google. My tops arrived in 2 days, carefully packaged and smelling fabulous with a perfume sample included. Really pleased with my items and have just ordered 2 more. I think this will be one of my regular haunts now, love the entire collection. Pity I don't live closer but so pleased I've found you! Kate

I loved a dress I’d already had and had lots of compliments on and I wanted it in a different colour. I searched via Google lens and it took me to Lornashouse Lifestyle! I struck lucky! I love the colour and the fact it’s cotton. Thank you 💚
It was posted very quickly and the package smelled gorgeous
I will definitely be back!! Xx

Order delivered within a couple of days which was impressive. The trousers are lovely and I am very pleased with them, quality is good. I will be buying from this site again. Nice to get a handwritten message in the parcel from the ladies. Thank you for the perfume sample, it is very nice.

Prompt service x very happy with my purchase of the Mia Tui Isobel Purse bag. Great experience.

I ordered a top online and it was very quickly dispatched. It was beautifully packaged and the top was great quality. I will be keeping an eye on this store when I’m looking for new clothes or gifts. Definitely recommend

Shopped around and found what I was looking for here, at a great price! Shipping was fast and loved the spritzed parcel, nice touch. Will definitely use this shop again.

I was looking for a card wallet for a gift for a friend as she had admired mine and I found it on Lornashouse. I placed the order on the Friday, received a prompt email saying it was being processed and it was delivered today (Monday) Excellent first class service. It’s always good to support small businesses and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this one again.

This is my second time shopping at this online store. I just want to share my feeling that the whole buying and delivery process gives off such warmth, it feels as if I was in the store myself, talking to the sellers, and left with my purchase in a wonderful mood. It's just brilliantly designed business, like in the good old days when shops were small and all the sellers and customers knew each other by name. And of course, the product quality is excellent and the prices very reasonable.
