🌟 Delighted with My Purchase!
I recently received my first online order from Lornashouse Lifestyle, and I couldn’t be happier! The personal touch they added truly made the experience special. Not only did I receive a handwritten thank-you note, but the parcel was beautifully packed and had a delightful fragrance. The Chiffon Poncho I ordered exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Plus, the prompt delivery was the cherry on top! I’ll definitely be revisiting Lornashouse Lifestyle for more shopping adventures. 😊

Being in my 70’s I’m always rather sceptical regarding buying something on line because there are so many scammers out there but Lornashouse Lifestyle were brilliant.
Having checked their prices against other companies they were very competitive but, moreover, their delivery service was second to none. They kept me informed every step of the way and my order arrived when they said it would.
Ten out of ten and l’ll definitely spread your name about. Thank you

Absolutely delighted with two orders that I have recently placed for a pair of crop jeans and a dress. Both arrived so quickly and perfectly packaged with care and a spritz of scent. Will definitely be making further purchases. Thank you so much Lorna’s House! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have just received two beautiful linen tops both accessorised with lovely necklaces and am absolutely delighted. Delivery was speedy and the personal note and lightly fragranced parcel was a lovely touch. Thank you Lornashouse Lifestyle, I shall definitely re-visit.

Not very good customer service
Bought a silver Fascinator for an upcoming wedding but when it came it was beige nothing like silver. They admitted it was the wrong colour and sent me a label to return it. However they refused to reimburse me my original £3.99 postage and said they don’t refund postage. Even though you sent me the wrong thing ?? Doesn’t seem fair and I know it’s only £3.99 but it’s the principle. Not very good customer service

Hello Jacqueline, thank you for your review. The item arrived back safely and was in fact silver and matched the picture on our website. Your prepaid returns label was a gesture of good faith on our behalf as you gave the impression on the phone that it was a miss pick and we were very helpful to you when discussing its return. All the best

Perfect transaction!
I was so disappointed when the Yodeyma perfume I wanted was out of stock at my local shop. I got my perfume from Lornashouse, it was a good bit cheaper and came so quickly with a really nice message. Really pleased many thanks.

Great shopping experience
Ordered some Grace and Mila trousers which arrived today and I love. Beautifully packaged wrapped in pretty tissue paper and smelling lovely. The perfume spritz and personal note is such a lovely touch. Can't wait to wear them when the weather is appropriate!
