Beautiful bedding, fast delivery and gorgeous packaging. Particularly impressed with the fitted sheet, the elasticated bands to go under the mattress will make sure the sheet never pops off. The feel of bamboo is silky smooth, like the best, highest thread count Egyptian cotton and like cotton, it will require ironing after washing. Slightly shiny appearance, but looks luxurious rather than cheap. Very impressed. Excellent quality.

Really impressed with the bamboo bedding. I’ve bought bamboo from a different supplier before and thought it was great until I decided to buy from Lost Loom. The sheets feel super soft, silky and cool against the skin and their duvet is warm but lightweight. I really do have a good night’s sleep.

Everything about Lost Loom is an absolute pleasure. Sheets are fabulous quality - I already have 1200 thread count cotton sheets and these are as good.
The attention to detail - ties to hold duvet in place, extra elastic at corners of fitted sheets, concealed button fastening on duvet cover and deep envelope on pillowcases set these apart from other brands.
Customer service is beyond excellent. I made a mistake in my order and a replacement was sent the next day. The returns label even included my nearest DPD drop off point! Thank you Richard.

Only negative is delivery company. They won’t leave parcel with anyone. So had to make sure someone was in, even then they didn’t wait for my relative to answer the door & delivery was delayed for another day.

I absolutely love this bedding! It has been such a treat and really feels like a luxury hotel bed! It’s so soft and can definitely understand the thermo regulation as I have had much better sleep not getting to warm it’s really perfect .
