Lothian Glass Avis

Lothian Glass have provided a first class service in providing a replacement front door. The service has been excellent from initial viewing in their showroom to the door fitting today.
Their fitter Ben was polite, friendly and above all very competent and skilled. He is a credit to the company.

Quick and easy service today by Bruce, thanks a lot mate. Will use again in future when needed, thanks!

Mark was an excellent glazier/joiner. Explained all the procedures in layman's terms with really helpful advice about ongoing care of windows and accessories.

Many thanks to Lothian Glass for fixing our hall window. Bruce quickly established the problem and was able to fix it there and then as he had a suitable spare part in his van. Friendly guy and great service with no fuss.

I’d recommend Lothian Glass to anyone that has a problem with their double glazing!

Lothian Glass done a perfect job , from booking me in to completing the job , Craig and Tobey were excellent, very professional, polite , quick and tidy, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone . Thanks guys .

Would 100% recommend Lothian Glass. We had a new large window fitted, and from the first visit to discuss the job through the ordering and making the arrangements for fitting everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. David and Cameron are lovely guys and did a fantastic job fitting the window. We are delighted.

Craig and Mark fitted a new window pane for us. They were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They’d been highly recommended by a friend. We are happy to recommend Lothian Glass too! Thank you.

Craig and Tobey did a good job fitting new glass in front room window.
Fast and efficient
Linda,

Karl and Toby from Lothian Glass have just fixed a few of my windows. They did an excellent job even tidying up when they were finished. I particularly liked the way Karl explained to me what needed to be done. Thank you.

We had our old windows and a balcony door replaced. David and Cammy were here for four days and did a fantastic job! Very fast, polite, considerate. They tidied up perfectly after themselves every day and always kept us informed of what they were doing. They went above and beyond with covering old bits on the window edgings and it’s most appreciated. It’s a fantastic finish on all the windows and the door. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Lothian Glass have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
At each point along the way they have done what they said they would do and importantly for me, on time.
On the installation day Ben arrived and to be honest I hardly knew he was there. Job was completed and I'm very happy with the result.

Another first class job carried out by Lothian Glass. Revamped a dated kitchen table with a new glass top, fitted by the friendliest team, Mark & Craig, who seem like friends now, the amount of times they’ve fitted items in my house. I would never look any further than Lothian Glass for any glazing jobs. Excellent customer service, very competitive prices and overall a joy to use!! Well done to Robbie & the team 👏👏👏

Excellent service. Our fitter Craig was so accommodating and flexible when it came to fitting my mum’s double glazed units. Quick, tidy, friendly - lovely guy 😊

Mark replaced a blown double glazed window on Tuesday and Ben here on Thursday to fit a new front door.
No mess with either and both looking robust and well finished.

Amazing job from start to finish, reasonable quote and glazing installed by Karl who did a fabulous job, well impressed

Excellent customer service - from measuring and delivering & fitting Karl & Craig were a great team and our bathrooms look amazing - would highly recommend this team 👏🥰 thank you!!!

Ben and Toby did a great job replacing glass in an old interior door.
We were concerned that the door might get damaged, but it's impossible to tell that any work was done. Apart from the nice new glass of course!

Large Bedroom window replaced, very good service, knowledgeable and neat and tidy.
Very happy with work carried out by Karl.
