Lothian Glass Avis

This company was a joy to deal with. They responded quickly to my request, did what they said they would do, updates and time frames were accurate and the fitter, Mark was quick, efficient, thoughtful, friendly and made the fitting process hassle free. Bless him, he even helped reinstate my blinds as I am too short. Good pricing, brilliant service.

Just had front door and glass side panel installed totally professional job done would recommend Lothian Glass Bonnyrigg to family and friends.

Great service from coming round to quote for the job to the installation. Ben did a great job fitting the window. We are very happy with the care taken in and around the house, super tidy job!

A lovely new patio door installed by Davey and Ben. Excellent communication and service - we’re very satisfied with the job- thank you.

Would highly recommend Lothian Glass. I was looking to get a new door and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Elliot showed myself round the showroom, explaining about the different doors he had to offer and answered my questions! David and Cammy arrived to fit the door on time, they were polite and made sure to keep my dad undated with what was going on. Once I returned home from work I realised the letter box had a bit of a scratch so contacted Elliot who got a new one ordered and replaced as quickly as he could.

Ben just installed the first of a few windows and doors I have booked with Lothian glass. Could not be happier with the window and the job. Great work, 5* and all while being stalked by my neighbours friendly cat who desperately needed in on the action 😃

We have just had a Rock Door fitted. The work done was to a very high standard and the door finish looks amazing. The 2 guys who done the work are a credit to the company (sorry, but I didn't get their names) they left the place spotlessly clean after the work was finished. I will not hesitate to recommend or use you again for any other work we may have. Great job and one very happy customer.

We had 5 windows installed by David and Cammy who did a first class job.
Would certainly recommend Lothian Glass and would have no hesitation in using the company again and David as fitter.

Ben arrived promptly to replace an old garage window. Within two hours it looked amazing. I can't believe we left it so long to get this company courtesy of Ben, to get this work done. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lothian Glass as reputable company

We couldn't get out side window to open properly. Robbie quickly identified what he thought the problem was and gave a quote for required work. The window now works properly and I am happy to recommend Lothian Glass for anyone who has similar problems.

I am delighted with my new door - top quality.
Everything was very efficiently handled from measuring up, selecting and ordering my door, and being given a date in advance for the fitting. It looks very smart and Brendan, who came to fit the door, not only made a lovely job but was very particular about clearing up afterwards.

This is the second time we have used Lothian Glass and the result was exactly the same .
Brilliant service from Ben and josh very friendly, polite and helpful guys. Nothing was a problem and their attention to detail was top class.

Had shop front glass fitted, and the work carried out was absolutely excellent. The team—Kaz, Mark, Toby, and Cammy—were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. The installation was done with great attention to detail, leaving everything clean and tidy afterward. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Highly recommended for anyone needing expert glaziers!
(Thanks for quick service guys front office back in service )

Ben did a great job installing our door. Looks great.

Delighted with the service and quality of the work from Lothian glass. Would definitely recommend. The whole experience has been been very easy from the helpful and professional staff in the office to Ben who came to install our new front door. Turned up early and worked hard to complete the job. Door looks great - very happy customer.

What a great company to deal with from requesting a quote online to installation they have delivered nothing but 1st class service. Brendan & Cameron were very friendly, polite and helpful guys. Nothing was a problem and their attention to detail was top class. I love my new purple front door, new back door and 2 windows. I can't recommend Lothian Glass highly enough. Do not hesitate to contact them. I will miss Brendan's singing.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, incredibly professional whilst being friendly and approachable.

Brendan and Josh who installed our front back door couldn’t have done a better job. Arrived on time, very friendly, tided up as they went and it was lovely to hear them singing away whilst they worked!

5 star service and couldn’t be happier with our new Rock Doors.

Ben and Cameron did a fantastic job installing our lovely new back door and also sorting out wonky sun lounge doors! Friendly, efficient and quick. Everything left immaculate. Highly recommended.

Great job done by David and Cameron fitting our new front door they were very professional in every way they tidied everything up and kept me informed on what they were doing. The service was brilliant and would definitely recommend.
