Appalling. Left me completely in the lurch.

This was my worst experience of moving in 18 years of UK life. I didn’t get any call after booking and payment off my moving job. On the day drive called me 3-4 times saying I m running late. Every time I reply politely and said no worries man, I m waiting. Finally he arrived 90 min late or more. After bringing half of my luggage from 2nd floor, he called his office and asking extra money. They said, in their system, my booking is ground floor to ground floor. Actually I booked a van with 2 man for moving from 2nd floor to new place 3rd floor. After some discussion I got agreed to pay extra but he left me with my luggage outside of my my place, and said my boss said jus cancel the job, he will refund the money. U can imagine, how u fell when u standing outside ur place with ur luggage. Driver was so rude, totally unprofessional nerdy. I call to his so called boss (greedy jerk) and got agreed to pay £45 extra with just my wardrobe & 55”TV move to 3rd floor. Finally same stupid rude guy come back again after 2 hours. After getting new place he started asking more money, when I said I already paying £45 extra then he replied this extra money goes to boss not to him. He refused to transfer my wardrobe and 55”TV to 3rd floor. And top of that asking me to help him to offload his van, when I refused he Jus dump my all luggage on the ground and broke one wheel of my wardrobe.
Never recommended these piece of sh** removal co, unprofessional and group of greedy ppl.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience with this company. They cancelled the pick up booking on the day of shifting when everything was packed.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH LOVE2REMOVALS.

Terrible. Refused to use a lift or stairs. Would not recommend or use again. Avoid at all costs.

Made me pay an extra £30 for a bigger van that I didn’t even need

The driver did what it was meant to, and he is being friendly.

Horrible service, they demand more money in cash in middle of your removal. they offer two men for no extra cost but on the day of removal they demand more cash for extra man. Anne and owner is very rude. Be aware of them and avoid their bookings.

Great team, punctual and efficient.

Not responsive when asking for confirmation on timings and services. Last minute changes. Workers were lovely but clearly had little experience with removals so we had to help with the heavy lifting A LOT. Also didn't come with plastic covers or blankets as requested and confirmed so a lot of our stuff got dirty from being in the van. We were extremely lucky there were no damages. Tried to charge us for an extra half hour at the end because of the extra time it took even though we had requested and paid for three people but only two showed up.

Avoid these guys. Very late, demanded more money to do the job, and gave very little help. Just another terrible company trying to connect you with freelance drivers and taking a big cut for terrible service. I would have been better off just hitting a van and driving myself.

First, despite having paid for a specific time, and having a confirmation that says "Pickup Time:X Dropoff Time:Y", when they were late they claimed that this is just a window for arrival. Not what my confirmation says.

Then the driver spends 10 minutes on the phone to the supervisor because I haven't said I'm on the second floor. Nothing in the detailed online booking form that I completed asks what floor I'm on (and I took it into account when booking for 2 hours). They demand more money and tell me that their man with van removal service doesn't help you move anything, the driver just loads the van. What a joke.

End up paying the driver more to help me with my 2 furniture items but doing 95% of the boxes myself. Still done in 90 minutes and I'd paid for 120. The driver was actually a decent guy who had been screwed over on the details of the job.

Amazingly helpful, being on time and helping with the removals and shifting of household items these are some of the things that Mr. Shaw did when I was moving my things from Romfors to Ilford. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is seeking a reliable, trustworthy agency.

Professional, friendly and flexible.

Had a more boxes than expected the day of the move and let the manager know, but he was very irritated about that. They added a person (the son of the mover) to help and more doubled whole the price of the move (without increasing the time needed) and then were continiously moaning about how the boxes were too heavy, despite me and my partner doing quite some lifting. Indeed 2 boxes were quite heavy, one of which I lifted, but the rest wasn't really.
We ended up having to carry them ourselves for quite some of the trip. The movers themselves were nice people, but the whole experience wasn't that pleasant.

I originally booked another company through compare the man in the van but they cancelled and Love 2 removals took over the job which was a relief at first but then I spent a stressful hour on the day i was moving house talking and messaging with them as they tried to get me to pay more for a job I’d already agreed and paid for. Ultimately I asked them to cancel and let another company step in and take the job.

The entire thing was very painful. Not sure why the team picked up a moving job when clearly that is not their core business. The driver was late/could not find me. Little care was provided with my stuff. At the end, the movers lied about the quote (that is on email so not that their is room for debate) quoted a hirer amount though time did not go other or anything. And insisted to take some diet cokes that were mine from my kitchen. I was very glad when they left!! Honestly wanted to cry the entire time.
