Fantastic customer satusfaction
Easy to order but encountered a minor issue over postal delivery which was outside of the sellers control however, Polly was prompt in her replies sending a replacement item. A delightful lady with great customer satisfaction qualities. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely item, and sent quickly. However, the design could be tweaked a little: the bunting is rather small, the colour more pink than purple, and is threaded onto string whereas ribbon would have been nice. It's a present, so hopefully it will be loved by the people who receive it!

Beautiful remembrance plaque
