I made a previous purchase before and loved it so I had to make another. However I made a mistake upon purchasing and didn’t realise until the plaque arrived, but after speaking to the shop owner and explaining the mishap, she was quick to assist by resending a new plaque which was amazing and so appreciated. I completely recommend purchasing from this shop as the plaques are high quality and so beautiful, and there’s the added bonus of an amazing shop owner.
