Ordered a lock tool from them, easy to order and delivered in good time. Tool works well. Happy with the service.

I ordered dimmer switches and booked and pre paid for an electrician to fit them 5 days after purchase based on the 2-4 day delivery window. Items still have not arrived over two weeks after they were ordered. I raised this with the company but did not receive a response. I am not out of pocket for both the switches and electricians fees.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in making sure I ordered the right locks for the handles which was very important as we are in Australia. The freight to Australia was also more than reasonable so we would highly recommend anyone from around the world to check out their great range of products.

I didn't think I would be able replace our 15 year ageing kitchen cabinet handles. They are discoloured and rusting around the screw holes. I found the exact handles on Lovehandles. Ordered and with express delivery, they arrived within 36 hours. They are a perfect fit and exact match. I cannot recommend enough.

I purchased several Brass Bee / Love Handles switches and sockets, and the experience has been a series of avoidable failures. The issues weren’t isolated they appeared across different units and different rooms.

Every electrician who looked at the installations made similar comments: they frequently encounter problems with these products, typically related to low-quality componentry and poor internal design. In my case, that aligned with what we saw, flickering, intermittent faults, and fittings that didn’t appear to hold connections securely.

We also discovered that their switches were incompatible with several common LED drivers, forcing us to remove them and purchase another brand that worked immediately with the same setup.

Worse still, the extremely expensive USB-C and power outlet combination units failed in under a week. They simply stopped delivering power.

When I approached customer service, I received no support. No replacements, no troubleshooting of substance, and no accountability. The tone was dismissive, and the company showed no interest in resolving the defects.

Between the repeated failures, the feedback from multiple qualified electricians, and the complete lack of customer support, I strongly advise avoiding these products. The designs may look nice, but the reliability and service behind them have been the worst I’ve experienced.

I recently visited their premises to purchase replacement wardrobe handles for our home. The assistance I received not only on the sourcing of a particular design and size by a staff member who had the handles delivered personally to our home by a colleague all within a couple of days saving myself the return journey to their premises was outstanding customer service. The assistance I initially received and the outcome reflects in the rating I wanted to share, again thanks ever so much to Scott and Love Handles, all now fitted and looking great 👍
