I inadvertently deleted an email…
I inadvertently deleted an email containing tickets for an event. I rang direct and spoke to a lovely young man called Cyle.
He was very helpful and friendly and re emailed the tickets back to me. He reassured me that if email did not arrive, which fortunately it did, I was to call him back and he would resend.
I would also give credit to Lovetovisit for employing an actual person to solve any issues and not a ‘chat bot’ or go through a tedious amount of automated questions and pressing goodness knows how many numbers. Thank you!

Great Experience
Used them to buy tickets for Devon County Show.
Booking process easy. Tickets came through straight away and were cheaper.
Would definitely recommend and have spread the ‘Love’ to friends and family.

Cyle on the booking team saved my family trip
I booked a family trip through LoveToVisit but had to reschedule due to a family member's emergency. Cyle sorted it all out, made sure we didn't lose our booking, and saved the family getaway. Great guy, great customer service, all for a discounted price. Thanks very much.

You can tell he actually cares about giving good customer service and making sure everything is sorted properly. I always find tickets for cheaper on love to visit and every purchase I’ve made I’ve received a £5 voucher for. I had trouble with these coming through but customer service sorted it for me really promptly.

I received my missing tickets within minutes of submitting my (very poor) review I have nor received a very apologetic phone call frim Customer Services which has gone a long way to resolve rhe mattwe
Beware I bought two tickets yesterday for the Shrewsbury Food Festival. The money was taken out of my account immediately but no e-tickets have arrived despite leaving two phone messages and filling in two forms online. Guess I've lost my money.

We booked tickets for chester zoo last minute and saved about £10 per ticket. I was a bit dubious at first but the email with the tickets came through almost straight away. Would definitely use again when booking other activities.
