I signed up on a trial

I signed up on a trial, I tried to cancel as I didn’t find it valuable for me, not able to cancel on the app, I reached out to their customer services contacts requesting to cancel, I was told I would have to do it myself. I have had 7 months of kids pass taking money out of my card for a service dont use! Will have to cancel my bank card now! Scammers. Please avoid unless you have money to waste

Kids pass is a subscription-based service and we do state this during the sign-up process. In the sign up process, we also advise you of the day that your membership will renew at the full price.

To prevent any future charges, members need to cancel their subscription, which can be done easily at any time through the “My Account” section on our website. Once a cancellation is completed, we always provide a confirmation email along with a reference number to confirm it’s been successfully processed.

Please be assured that we only process payments for active members who have authorised them. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

Kids pass is great for activities discounts

Kids pass is great for discounts on activites for kids mostly cinema for us. I think it does depend on what activities you have in your area and how often you are likely to use it. We have also used it for a small discount on booking holidays as well.

I had a terrible experience with Kids…

I had a terrible experience with Kids Pass. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times via the app, but it was constantly stuck on a verification screen (Cloudflare loop), making it impossible to cancel. Despite providing screenshot evidence of this technical error, support (Amelia) repeatedly refused to refund the renewal fee that was taken against my will.

Beware of the "auto-renewal" trap if their app fails you!

Not worth it. Cheaper deals online.

There's times when going direct to the attractions they are cheaper than using this app. Sparse offers near me. Wish I had cancelled months ago. Sorry folks, just not worth it.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Will not use them again. I went to cancel the service, then they offered me a FREE extension to keep the subscription. Then they still charged me and refused to refund it when I said they'd duped me. Committed to misunderstanding your emails too.

Nah, not recommended

Saved some money for cinema tickets. Worth it at £5.00 not worth it at the auto renewal at £25.00. They don't send a renewal reminder either so be very careful, cancel it as soon as you have joined and it will still be valid for the 12 months and then renew as and when you need it. Poor customer service as well. Not recommended.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Signed up and activated the account via text. Was unable to login to my account. They took the money . Could login via web but not the app. And when I logged it in wouldn’t allow me to use any benefits and asked me to pay. Contacted via email and Facebook- no useful response . Asked them to cancel the account so they don’t take any more money and the haven’t done it just gave me online instructions when I already stated I’m unable to do that

was not available to found on my scanning barcode any drinks and popcorn ,wich one was included when I buy my ticket
The codes was showing just cinema tickets so ye my kids was so upset ?not buying again so disappointed !
And how this is safe 48%
I pay fir ticket 38.25 only tikes (supposed to be included drinks and popcorn) never get one and on top my vue seats was 28.99
And 48%safe ? How ? If is only showing on my page 2.55
Explain please?
