I would rate this company 0/5 if i could. Their customer ser4vice is non-existent.
All I need to do is amend a booking date, not cancel, I don not need a refund. Just amend the date.
I have been trying for days and had no luck via their message helpdesk or phone number.

I’m really sorry to read your feedback and I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when all you needed was a simple booking date amendment rather than a cancellation or refund.
I want to sincerely apologise for the delay in getting back to you. This wasn’t just over the past few days, but during that whole period we were experiencing a combination of technical issues across our messaging systems and an unusually high volume of enquiries. Unfortunately, this impacted our response times more than we would ever want.
That said, I’d like to reassure you that we did actively try to reach you during this time. We attempted contact not only via our helpdesk and phone channels, but also through Trustpilot in an effort to get your attention and resolve this as quickly as possible. We followed up multiple times but didn’t receive a response, and we continued trying because we genuinely wanted to get this sorted for you.
Please be assured this wasn’t a case of non-existent customer service or ignoring your request. Amending booking dates is something we regularly help with, and we’re very keen to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

I ordered tickets from love to visit…
I ordered tickets from love to visit which weren't then accepted at the event so I had to pay again. I managed to speak to Tom one of the managers at love to visit who speedily processed my refund and was extremely helpful. I did say that the main phone line would benefit from having an actual person to speak to as before I managed to speak to Tom I had left two messages which were unreturned. Tom agreed with my comments and said it was something they would look into.

Great customer service!
Unfortunately didn’t get to experience the booking due to serious illness within the group :(
It was short notice of cancellation, spoke to Joe and explained the situation, although they felt a refund was not due, they were so very thoughtful and due to the awful situation did indeed refund minus a small fee.

Easy to book tickets for Eureka Science…
Easy to book tickets for Eureka Science Museum on the Wirral and lovetovisit gave a large discount off the price which I could not find anywhere else. The day was very enjoyable for my 4 year old grandson and to not have to pay full price was an added bonus.

Very good.
I had a problem with my booking as there was no information on the website or on the tickets or the email of the meeting point so we ended up at the wrong meeting point I missed our tram for the illumination tour. Lovetovisit send me an email and gave me a full refund and also gave me a a voucher with some money on it. Will definitely book with them again as they are very good at communication and are really good at helping you with a situation.

I had an issue attending my booking (£75) and couldn't make it due to car breaking down. After some back and forth with L2V, they went above and beyond with resolving it. Great customer service to resolve it, especially in today's climate where days out ain't as cheap as they used to be. Thank you.
