I emailed the company as there was some confusion with the frame, the price and the finished look of the product. On the images online it has a fake frame around the canvas, but this doesn't come on your real canvas. The price was going up as I was on the website. It doesn't show you what your canvas will look like before you purchase. I got short abrupt answers from a lady called Michelle, not answering all of my questions and just being rude overall. There are lots of companies who do this same kind of thing, I will be going with someone who is a bit kinder.

Enquired about a photo of my daughter and our lab that passed away i noticed it was just pets that they had on the page so i msgd and sent them the image and they were happy to make it they take about a day to get the image back to you which is fantastic you check it and if needing any adjustments they do it for u i also managed to get his name and another phrase at the bottom it arrived today 8/8/23 after only being posted at wknd my daughter absolutely loves it could not fault the service and quality of the image it arrives in a do not bend envelope which is perfect. will definitely use this company again and 100% recommend them. A+ from me :)

One of my orders out of many did get lost in the post and they sent a replacement very quickly.

I have ordered a canvas with the picture of our beloved dog who had recently passed away. The service was good and I was contacted with a proof within 24 hours. As the first proof was not quite to my liking, they have produced a second, no questions asked within another 24 hours. However, once the canvas arrived (five days later) the colours were very pale compared to what I had approved.
Initially, I didn't get the best response when I emailed to complain. While they were very polite, they almost tried to blame the quality of the colours on variability of the display settings and how photos come across on different devices. In saying that, once I made it clear I wasn't happy with that explanation, they produced a replacement which perfectly matched the proof and despatched with 24hrs delivery. This one had vibrant colours!
Overall, I would buy again from this company, but I would be clear from the beginning about what my expectation are. Customer service for me has been very prompt and cordial and quality can certainly be there!

Lovely prints has created a very lovely background for a picture for me, even after asking for some changes the picture was sent straight back with the amendments the next day! Very quick and convenient and would definitely recommend! Stunning work, thank you very much !!

I ordered the print for my father in law. Unfortunately it wasn't the proper size, as stated. I contacted lovely print and they provided a replacement (even better size) within a few days!

The problem I caused over my pets name was rectified by this company with an extremely helpful & friendly attitude,something which most of the time is absent in today's marketplace. I was continually updated on the progress of my order through emails which were both friendly & helpful. I received my order from start to finish in 5 days and that was including the time spent having to change my order. The Cockapoo 'Ivy' (who is the focal point of this order) is my daughter's dog and she is absolutely in awe at the detail and finish created by 'Lovelyprints' I have another Cockapoo, two young kittens and I will definitely be using this company again.

The quality of the prints is brilliant and it's helpful to get a proof sent in advance so you can make any edits. The turnaround time is also really good and I received my print within 4 days of placing the order.

Absolutely spot on with everything from ordering ,to updates and delivery . I am over the moon with my picture and would certainly, without hesitation recommend. Thank you

I knew I shouldn't have trusted a product from a Facebook advert.

Placed an order back in March for a friend's wedding, had to chase several times just to get a proof and asked for it to be sent. The wedding has been and gone and still no print, and then I had an email asking me to leave a review?

Communication is awful and I'm not entirely convinced it's not a scam.
