Wow! I have ordered on 2 separate occasions and the pictures are just amazing! Theres no words that can describe how beautiful they turn out. I have a canvas of one of my favourite wedding photos. And now 2 of my children. The colours are so vibrant and make a massive difference to just a normal photo.
Placing the order and them getting in contact with you to make checks are simple and easy. They always try to make a quick dispatch so it arrives quickly to.
100% would recommend to everyone.

Terrible service avoid at all costs!!

I’ve ordered a print for a Christmas gift was never sent the proof email to check the print was ok I had to email them to which reply I got was you’ve not sent back the proof!! (Was then attached to the email) I had emails at 3am two days later I’ve now sent several email asking where my print is to thick the last email I had back saying Cheers!!! Unfortunately now a lovely Christmas gift I ordered within plenty of time (3 weeks) their website states posted within 3-5 days with total mail. I would say that all these positive reviews are fake. I doubt I’ll ever receive this print or a refund. Very disappointed

The picture came exactly as expected. The colours are lovely and are a good fit in my room.

At an almost 80 year old and not good with modern technology, I contacted
support and 'Michelle' patiently took me through their system STEP by STEP. Once l had managed to get my photo to her she made the rest of process happen for me.
I was a little apprehensive about colour and layout their artist would choose and that the picture l sent in was a little off centre.
I can now say having received proof, that the artist that dealt with my project, was truly inspirational. Not only did they subtly bring out colour in photo,but the layout they chose was unexpectedly a perfect choice. They have transformed a standard family photograph into a WORK of ART. This has been purchased as a gift and am absolutely confident that the recipients will be delighted!

My experience has been appalling and as a result they have been reported to action fraud and trading standards.
Ordered an item in plenty of time for a birthday present. Was told item would arrive within 1-3 days. 3 weeks later no item. Have been fobbed off with generic email responses about international post times etc even though they state they are in the uk and this was a delivery to the uk. Con artists. Do yourself a favour and don’t use them.

I ordered a print and really quickly received an email to confirm I was happy with it before it was shipped. Whilst the delivery took a little longer than anticipated, the customer service team were very quick to respond, follow up and chase up Royal Mail. The print arrived yesterday and was perfect!

Honestly, the positive reviews this place has must be fake. They are absolute con artists. You pay £17 for a digital print, which is not clear on the site. I then accepted my mistake and ordered an A3 copy and paid £4 priority shipping. In what world would anyone interpret that still as being a digital copy? Well, in Lovey's it is. They then tell me the site wasn't working and it was a glitch and I've now paid another £17 for an A3 digital copy. By the way, who the hell has an A3 printer? So, the best they can now do is offer me a refund on the £4 shipping. Essentially, they've committed fraud and mislead me with the nerve then to ask if I want to pay more for a physical copy.

Fraudsters with fake reviews. Do not buy from them.

Canvas is beautiful I couldn’t have asked for more , the communication has been brilliant they checked to see if I liked the end result before posting I couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to buying more in the near future thank you
