Ordered a print of my three dogs, communication was great throughout and any changes I wanted doing were done. Michelle made sure i was 100% happy before the design was finalised and posted out. Delivery was really fast didnt expect it to come as quick as it did. Will definitely be ordering in the future and would highly recommend.

From placing my order to receiving the print, the service I received has been utterly exceptional. The communication in making sure the proof was right before printing was professional and friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. I ordered this for a friends wedding and they took the time to enclose a poem about the picture and it brought a tear to my eye. 10/10 in all areas. I will 100% be ordering again. I cried reading it so many memories come floating back lots of happy tears as well. Michelle was absolutely brilliant at keeping me informed just 1st class service from start to finish i would highly recommend them

A fantastic print, was turned around quickly which was really appreciated. I am always dubious when I see a digital proof thinking the print is never going to be up to scratch but it really does! It is fantastic, I am so so pleased. And the addition of the personalised poem was perfect! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

Absolutely amazing!! The photo is so vibrant and colourful my mum was brought to tears and a lovely poem came with the photo, the service was lovely will definitely be ordering from here again!

Good product, but what was also really important was the customer service. Sarah was very good at communicating in the Etsy app. There was also a shipping issue I dependent of Sarah, but she got involved to sort it out to ensure we got what we ordered.
