I sent loveyprints.com a photo of my grandad in the Army from the early 1940's.
The photo was in a particular bad way and didn't have much hope of a transformation.
Well Michelle was brilliant not only is now in colour, the transformation Michelle made to this photo is astonishing...i am so happy with the results.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Wow extremely unprofessional and bad customer service,

Dec 2nd - Placed order 1-3 days delivery tracked £94 total.

Dec 16th Heard nothing so emailed asking whats happening.

Dec 17th - they Replied with a very vague response as to why they haven’t sent it that made no sense atall.

They then sent the design, i instantly said yes thats fine just send out asap as its a Christmas gift.

Dec19th - they messaged saying they will get it printed either today or tomorrow expect 2-5 days del, i replied thats not really good enough its a Christmas gift but ok.

Dec 20th - got an email saying we noticed you approved our designed 20hours ago (bit of a strange way to put it) - but no i approved it 3 days prior so who is counting the hours its days off like wtf they cant be serious, have all the emails to prove this.

Its now 2 days before Christmas and pretty sure I'm not getting this for Christmas! This is for my brother, we barely speak cause of issues now I'm sat here worrying is it going to put more strain on our relationship, on top of the strain on my mental health this is coursing me!

Yeh avoid absolute clowns operating customer service if u ask me for the prices they charge its just not worth it.

They should be held accountable, its not okay to do this to paying customers. All the bad reviews i can see are true and they respond with very gaslighting replys as-if its the customers fault.

Horrific customer service again I'm not one to leave review but this is just not okay to do to people, very slow unprofessional reply's.

UPDATE:

It gets worse and worse i paid for a canvas and have been sent a paper poster without a frame this is just extremely bad, and am pursing a full refund, AVOID AVOID AVOID

2 days before Christmas i get this its absolutely disgusting, it has been sent from. 3rd party company called “swiftprints UK” also so i doubt ill be able to send it back to them to get my money back absolutely horrific experience will be posthing this review in multiple places on the web.

Found the website for swift prints and priced up theexact poster i have been sent size ext an it comes to £12.00

I ordered a watercolour print off our beloved German Shepherd as a last minute Christmas gift for my husband.
I had a proof within 2 working days and they managed to get the print delivered in time for Christmas (I was not expecting to receive it before Christmas to be honest).
It is absolutely stunning and I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to make a photograph into a unique gift.
I chose the A4 size and it is great value for money.

Ordered my print and had communication came from Sarah thst evening, first proof came the following evening and I wanted a slight amendment, which Sarah actioned. Second proof came which was perfect. Received my print within 3 days, which I thought was great during this busy Christmas period. It looks absolutely amazing in the frame I purchased. An ideal Gift for anyone and they look stunning. Thank you Sarah for helping this picky client. Will definitely use you again.

Ordered an item on the 13/12/2024, had to chase the confirmation proof, was advised on Sunday the 14th that this had been sent to my email but it had not, the only email I received was a marketing email, didn’t argue over this as I just want my item, anyhow I then confirmed I was happy with my finished product, no response until Tuesday the 16th, was then advised by Michelle my item would be dispatched that day Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest, since then absolute radio silence and my item has still not been dispatched or received, we are now on Thursday evening, absolute messers don’t bother wasting your money, never dealt with such an amateurish setup

Came across Lovely Prints when doing a search for pet portraits. I decided to place an order for a Christmas gift for a friend. I uploaded my favourite photo of her two dogs and ordered an A4 print. Within a couple of days I received a proof. After a few amendments to ensure the print was just perfect, I have now received the print which I have put into a frame.
