I ordered a canvas print from a photograph as a birthday gift and my daughter in law loved it, as did I, I would order from lovey prints again, no complaints from me.

I have just received the fourth photo print which I asked Lovey to do for me as I have been so delighted with the others. I was not disappointed. The prints are beautiful and look very unique. I have been giving them as presents and all the recipients have been delighted with them. They make a really different one off present. Easy to navigate their website. I emailed Michelle as to when my print would arrive and she kept me notified every step of the way and allowed me to make edits to my print too. The final result is beautiful and makes the perfect gift ❤️

Bad quality and result for the humongous price I paid . £80 for a print that underwhelmed me . I went through card factory and got a much better result for a quarter of the price . Don’t be wasting your money here , when you can get better for way less . I emailed them to say I’m not happy with the result and the cost is not justified but haven’t heard back . Won’t be recommending

I arranged a print of our wedding photo for an anniversary gift. The picture was given a new lease of life and it's quite impressive for a print. It's now artistic, expressive and even has the look of being printed onto a canvas. My only request (but not a criticism) would be to offer the buyer a matt finish rather than a gloss.

Amazing experience with this company. Nothing was too much trouble, a couple of revisions but Michelle sorted this out quickly.

I had 3 canvas’ of my dogs. 1x A3 and 2x A4.
Michelle sent proofs until I was completely happy. She dealt with all my questions quickly and efficiently and when I had a problem with one of them, it was rectified immediately. Overall I was very happy with the service and the product and our beloved dogs (sadly no longer with us) are still there to greet us in the morning or when we come home. Experience hasn't been great thus far. Placed an order on August 13th and of course payment was taken upon ordering.

I haven't recieved any communication from LoveyPrints with any sort of update since this, aside from recently being added to thier marketing list.

Have emailed their support email & yet to recieve a response. In all honesty, I think I'd prefer a refund & I'll go elsewhere.

30/08 Update - next day after tbe post Michelle got in touch and everything got resolved swiftly 😊. Got the canvas the other day and looks amazing, Thank you.
Not happy at all so far. Ordered a watercolour personalised art photo as a birthday present for my fiance on tne 19th August, paid nearly £80 and delivery should have beed 1-3 days and to date I have not heard anything from them. Tried tracking the order, no luck and even emailed them and still nothing. I am afraid to even start thinking this was a scam but it certainly starts to seem so.

Great service and absolutely love the final product. Beautifully done and it looks stunning!
