Had an issue of purchase being damaged during delivery, and Loveyprints were fast and efficient in rectifying the issue and provided excellent service. I have had a lovely portrait made of my dog who sadly passed away. Gorgeous colours behind his photo and amazing quality and canvas.

Terrible customer service. Proof sent after 3 days (!) was poor quality and since then I have been ignored. I placed the order 10 days ago. I requested a refund which they have FINALLY issued but they have been ignoring me. They’ve took my money and didnt fulfil their promise. Avoid this company by all means. They have also been sending me emails trying to get me to change my review as they’ve now refunded me, which is just awful

My watercolour print is lovely and my partner loved it as his anniversary gift. Two photos were sent for me to view before it was printed to confirm which one I wanted printed. Excellent customer service

2nd time ordering a print from Lovey Prints. Sarah from start to finish was fantastic with communication and was able to create what I wanted. There was a slight issue with first print but Sarah sorted it straight away and a new print was promptly posted and arrived within 48hours.
I would definitely recommend purchasing a print and will be ordering more myself in the future.

I ordered a gift from this company (9th July) for my partner for his birthday (20th July)

The order has still not arrived (23rd July) and despite multiple requests the company will not provide me with any tracking information

They were very quick at responding when I was placing the order and took the payment immediately but they do not respond so quickly now that I am unhappy

I have requested a refund several times but they do not respond to my request

Absolutely fantastic! I have to say I contacted the company because I didn’t see my proofs they had been sent to be I had just overlooked the email and they were brilliant! Got everything sorted so quickly and the print is amazing, Iv ordered another print from them now for my sisters wedding gift! Really pretty sentimental gift!

Sarah is quick at responding and turns around styles in 24-48 hours. The design studio is super quick at responding which means you have more time to review and change anything if needed. I have some feedback on a print and Sarah was able to get the final image spot on. Her work is truly exceptional and this is my third print!!!

Ordered a print on the 1st of June,
Print arrived happy with the purchase so I ordered another one to sit with the first when this arrived it wasn’t the right size got in touch with them and a replacement would be sent the right size , Arrived this morning the wrong size again. Very disappointed won’t be ordering from these again and telling friends and family to avoid.

Honestly not a good experience at all. Read the reviews as I was unsure about using a company I hadn’t heard of. Place my order on the 28/05/24 giving enough time (so it said) for father’s day. On 06/06/24 I sent an email questioning where my order was, I was never told I had to approve a design. In all fairness the designs Michelle sent over were perfect and she told me on 08/06/24 it would be shipped ‘today or tomorrow’. I then had to send a follow up email asking why I had not received a dispatch email and if this was normal. I never got a reply but was sent an email with a tracking number. When trying to put the tracking number into royal mail, my parcel can’t be found. It is now the 15th and I am still waiting for a present I need to give tomorrow.
