bread is normally very good but i do think if you say order by today you should not have to wait until the day after is supposed to be delivered, so my last bread order had to be thrown away as it sat... Voir plus

Reliable company
Over the last 5years of purchasing products from this company they have , in my view, consistently produced the best low carb products to help keep people on track with their dietary requirements. This company is quick to respond to queries and deliveries are very good. As a “breadaholic” I keep on track much better when I only need or desire a simple sandwich. It also keeps me away from all highly processed foods. Even my teenage grandson loves the pizza bases with my topping!

We completely understand your comments about the size and value though. Because our breads are specialist low-carb products made with premium ingredients in small batches here in the UK, they are quite different to standard supermarket loaves both in size and production costs.

Very good bakery products for diabetics
Everything is good with the service and delivery. The bread is what I buy mostly. Which is very nice just like most other brown bread. Can’t taste much difference. Low carb is the most important thing.

Great selection of products
Great selection of products. Just wish everything wasn't 2x or more the price of standard foods. However these have helped me to start losing weight already. So taking that into account compared with other methods of losing weight it is value for money.
Particularly like the large sliced loaf so that I can still have my duck eggs and toasted soldiers every morning for breakfast.

Unwanted subscription
I was surprised to discover I was down for a subscription to something I had just tried & did not like. I queried this and got a reply that said my order had been desptached and could not be stopped. No-one bothered to answer my question as to how I had got a subscription I did not want. If I did it accidentally then the website needs to be looked at & altered. If it was the company's mistake I should get an apology & a refund. Nobody was interested in addressing my concerns at all. Never going to deal with this company again.

I have been ordering from lo carb for a while and I have tried a few things out my partner says the products have the lowest carbs he can find and the company has always changed our orders to suit us. If only we could buy these in our favourite supermarket (Tescos) it would save us a lot of money on postage.

Good website, fast delivery
The website is easy to use and there is a good variety of stock. Delivery is quick and the products well packed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some of my favourite bread often seems to be out of stock

Good bread, pity about the customer support
This firm's low carb bread is the best I've come across since I adopted a keto diet. The slices are nice and big, which contrasts favourably with their competitors, which seem to have achieved their low carb content at least partially by simply making tiny loaves. There's no sugar alcohols in the bread either, which suits me; as does the high fibre content.
They definitely need to improve their customer support, though. There is no telephone number to call them on and my email to their support address went unanswered, which isn't great.

Excellent bread and pizza bases!!!
I am always very happy with the bread (and now pizza bases which are delicious and so easy to put together - 8 minutes in the oven) and I am also happy with the service. The goods are very well packed and quick to arrive. I keep my freezer stocked up and can always now have bread and extras on hand. I love the 700g seeded bloomer and the thick sliced loaf. Lovely low carb breads
Lovely low carb breads, soft and squidgy with no strange aftertaste.
If not going to eat in two days need to be frozen, but once defrosted are as nice as fresh.
