Hi Andrea,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your recent order. We strive to provide high-quality products, and I understand how disappointing it can be when items do not meet your expectations, especially when intended as gifts.

Regarding the squashed box of Lindor chocolates, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you further.

As for the Milka chocolate bars, we specialise in short-dated and recently post-dated food and drink, which allows us to offer significant savings. All of our products come with best-before dates rather than use-by or sell-by dates, meaning they are perfectly good to eat for many months beyond the indicated date. We ensure that all best-before dates are clearly displayed on our product pages, in the basket, on the confirmation page, and in the confirmation email.

In fact, our confirmation email includes the following message:

"Hi Andrea, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. As we specialise in short-dated and recently post-dated food and drink, please check all of the best-before dates on the products below and immediately notify us if there is an issue."

If you are unhappy with any of our products, please remember that you can always return them for a full refund. Our customer service team is here to assist you with any returns or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this matter for you.

Hi Alister Mickler,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent experience with our products at Low Price Foods Ltd.

We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the Bounty bars, the cereal, and the delicious black chocolate. However, we are truly sorry to learn that the pack of Snickers did not meet your expectations and seemed to lack taste. This is not the quality we strive to deliver, and we take your comments seriously.

Please know that we are committed to providing our customers with the best products possible. Your feedback will be shared with our quality control team to ensure that we address this issue and improve our offerings.

Hi Wendy Leer,

We specialise in short-dated and recently post-dated food and drink, which is why we can deliver such big savings. However, all of our products have best-before dates, not use-by or sell-by, and are perfectly good to eat for many months.

All of the best before dates are shown on the product page (under the add to basket button), in the basket page, on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email.

The confirmation email we sent also opens with the line "Hi Wendy, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. As we specialise in short-dated and recently post-dated food and drink, please check all of the best before dates on the products below and immediately notify us if there is an issue."

If you are however unhappy with any of our products you can always send them back to us for a full refund

If you wish to send any item back, for a full refund, please send them to-

Low Price Foods Ltd
Unit 1, Maun Close,
Mansfield, Notts.

Clearly mark your order number on the outside of the packaging. Please make sure the items are returned in the same state you received them. You have 28 days to return the items from the date you received them. We recommend you choose a tracked delivery service when returning items to our warehouse.
