Very good choice of products and competitively priced. Order arrived as scheduled and was well crated and packed, so no chips or breakage.

Réponse de LSD & BSD - Landscaping & Building Supplies Direct
Hi Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I’ve looked into your order and found that an incorrect house number was entered at checkout, which caused the package to be refused and returned to sender. We were initially waiting to receive the returned parcel before dispatching it back out to you.
Since it’s now been over a week, we aren't going to make you wait any longer—we’ve arranged for a replacement order to be sent directly to the updated address provided in your email. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.
Your replacement should arrive within the next day or two. If you need anything else in the meantime, please feel free to reach out.
Kind regards,
LSD
Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. I ordered plastic manhole cover caps, and they arrived very quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and everything was delivered as expected. Great service, competitive prices, and a very reliable company. I would definitely recommend Landscaping & Building Supplies Direct and would happily use them again.

Not for a speedy delivery
Placed my order online as the site said dispatched within 7 days. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I chased to be told it would be another week. Then on the day of delivery I emailed to confirm everything was on time, then got a text message stating another week wait !!! very frustrating when works are booked and planned in. A month waiting is, not 7 days from point of purchase!! At no point did they contact me to advise on delays only after chasing them, very poor comms. Don't bother saving a few quid on buying here as it costs you more on the job with wasted time. So if you want delivery on time to suit your work go elsewhere.
