I like how quickly the response is and the shipping on orders.
It's unfortunate that the duty costs so much or I would buy more product.
The reason for the 3 stars is because my last order of dermal filler came in a faulty syringe. I can't get the product out.

Hi Marnie, regarding duty costs - I think you'll find the difference in sale price in the UK v USA is considerable and more than makes up for the duty. With the faulty syringe, you only have to email us to discuss this. Giving us a 3 star for legal costs to import and complaining on Trustpilot is a little heavy handed! Scott

Hi, if you placed an order using a discount code it would have been advertised as being shipped on the 5th January. I have checked the name of this review and can't find anything on our system so can't even look for you.
