I've been a customer for a few years and everything was great until some issues popped up. Ypu just better pray and hope that no issues come up like not receiving your package or quality of products you do receive. They will not help you. They don't care and you will have no recourse. They're a very greedy company that does not care about customer service at all. If anyone has any questions you can reply to me. I have receipts. I would advise not using this company and go somewhere else where if there is a problem with product quality or missing shipments the company will make it right, because the owners of this company and their staff are not good people. To prove my point this company is retaliating against me for my honest review and doxxed my name see below.(Trustpilot deleted his original reply to this review because he disclosed personal information.) Scott has done this to other people as well. Your personal information is not safe with company and staff Take a look at the other low reviews. Be careful with your money. If anyone has questions I can send that to you either through trust pilot or individually. Retaliation against a customer for a review they don't like when they treat the customer like trash on top of that is never okay!! I will be contacting the FDA and US customs and FedEx to look out for packages that come into the US from them.Please buyer beware and look out for yourself. There are plenty of upstanding kind business owners you can buy from. Lsf is not one of them. Scott's reply is just trying to save face. My only agenda here is to look out for yourself and don't become a victim of this company and don't let them intimidate you if something is wrong with your order or you never receive it.

Any potential customer only has to look at our rating and hundreds of five star reviews as part of their due diligence to recognise this feedback says more about the reviewer than the company defamed in this way. The fact that they recommended other companies in their original review (now removed since this reply) speaks volumes regarding their agenda.
Never got my shipment
Never got my shipment. Tried contacting sales and they said its because of customs. If you can't sell stuff to US then why do you advertise that way? I asked for a refund and they refused. Scam website. Avoid.

Hi, it looks like your order was shipped on the 15th Sep and is taking longer than usual to pass through customs. This can sometimes happen, but there's no suggestion on your tracking code information that it won't reach you. In these circumstances we can't simply refund, as when the shipment reaches you, you would have to re-pay for the item which gets complicated. We're certainly not a scam website and you are very alone in the Trustpilot feedback for suggesting this, which is disappointing. Can’t believe how amazing this company is! I made a mistake on my order and contacted the guys over at LSF out of hours, and not only did they answer my message, but they managed to amend my order and organise for my items to be shipped next day for me! The products are fine. but Scott who answers the questions. He is rude, arrogant and aggressive. his answer is always if you don't like it, we cancel the order. I do not recommend it, it ruins everything.I have bought more than 4 times here. but for Scott I won't do it anymore. This happened the 4 times I bought. I have as evidence the emails with their responses. If you order something that says it will be sent in 5 days. your order will arrive in 2 weeks. He doesn't explain anything to you. It always says cancel. Very bad promoter of his work. I do not recommend it.

I personally don't think this is arrogant or rude. Carolina hadn't read her email and consistently asked where her order was when it was clearly marked when it would arrive.
