I have recently starting using LG washing sheet and I have to say they are fantastic! Whites come out bright and colours seem to be, well, more colourful! Much better for my family too with no harsh chemicals next to their skin,I won't be going back to the big brands.
The staff are wonderful too, especially Gemma who has been so professional, kind and courteous, a star! Well done and good luck to everyone at LG.

The products that Lucent Globe produce are great. They work well and smell great. They have many different cleaning products to choose from.
Tema helped me with a small problem I mentioned. She resolved it straight away to my satisfaction.

The spray from my spray bottle stopped working. I contacted support to see if I could purchase a replacement nozzle and was told that this is not something they sell individually.
Tema was amazing and said that she’d send me a replacement free of charge which she immediately organised.

I finally decided to try these products. I did a what I considered a large order. When I got my order I was disappointed to see that there was alot of products missing. I messaged the company and within 24 hours Tema contacted me and asked what was missing from my order, my order number and photos of what I did receive. 15 hours later I got a message from Tema to let me know that the items missing from my order will be sent and with a new order number. To say Tema went over and above to make a customer who wasnt happy to one that is now happy with the service I received. The products I did receive I tried the first fay and extremely happy with them and to now have my missing products shipped I cant recommend this company enough. If you are i the fence like I was give them a go. Tema has made my experience a positive one.

I jumped on board several years ago and have not looked back. The hand soap sheets are a fantastic concept and I am obsessed. Recently the pump action in one of the bottles that I purchased ceased working properly and I reached out to the team for advice and have been sent a replacement bottle.

I had made an error with my order and the team at Lucent Globe sorted it out no worries at all! Very friendly and supportive of my misunderstanding! Much appreciated as I really love the products and the companies mission for eco friendly products that actually work!

Dishwasher detergent sheets do not clean dishes thoroughly, and leave smears on all the cutlery or glassware. Not much better than using no detergent at all.

I was having trouble with the ordering system so I emailed the company and Gemma responded promptly and was extremely helpful with my query.

Having read the Lucent product backstory - on the chemical and environmental aspects ( tho not a 'greenie' :) ) I bought a pack at Woolies for the dishwasher to try out. So far so good - work a charm in our Miele. Results are as good as any tablet to date, with a competitive price point

The detergents smell absolutely divine. The fact that they’re so safe and the packaging is bio degradable is so impressive. It’s like everything good in one. I just wish this was the standard

Their products are wonderful and staff are great. I had a small problem with a recent delivery which Stella took control of and fixed it without delay. I highly recommend the company and everything they stand for.

I love this company, just the easiness of communicating with Isobel it was like speaking to a friend.
The product is unbelievably good but what I love the most is this that there isn’t any residue in the machine and the smell is a bevy of bouquets. I can’t really think of any way they could improve.

My daughter loves her stuffies! She has the avocado and strawberry and carries them around everywhere! Very good quality as well.

Amazing products! They smell sooo good and you take care of the planet while cleaning. Way better than other products and super cost efficient

I’m a clean freak but I also feel guilty about how much plastic cleaning products use, so Lucent Globe is the perfect match for me! Their products are excellent, they smell good and they are good for the environment.

I’m obsessed with their spray and wipe sheets and the glass bottle. I can keep my countertops spotless without the guilt that comes with plastic bottles.

I am blown away at how easy these products are to use. They smell so incredible. Just grab a sheet and toss it in to your laundry or dishwasher or even your toilet. What a genius way to get everyday items clean without all the toxic chemicals. Let’s not forget they are truly affordable too!

Hands down, I noticed a difference from my regular laundry detergent and dishwasher pods when I started using Lucent Globe products.

My kids have very sensitive skin, and the LG laundry detergent didn’t cause any reactions. As for the dishwasher sheets… those are my favorite! You can literally see that my dishes have no film, residue, or white stains. Absolutely loving these products❤️
