I purchased the midnight Chelsea boots and a couple other pairs of shoes. The team at Lucent is responsive and very helpful even when I needed to exchange for a different size. The shoes look stellar and fit true to size and are comfortable. Will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love Those Boots

Shoes are top notch quality, it came in nice package and the design of the shoes is not your average, these are designed with purpose of more stylish look.

These shoes are fire! I’ve been getting nonstop compliments at both of my jobs. Even with a little staining from my jeans, I still love them — they’re crazy comfortable and go perfectly with my office clothes. At my second job as a concierge, people literally stop me while I’m walking or giving tours just to ask about them. I flip the shoe over so they can see the exact name I brag about how well they are made. Highly recommend — worth every penny!

I have purchased 2 sets of boots and I wear them daily for work and are the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned.

On time delivery and the boots fit great. They also look fantastic.

First the boots are pretty sleek, I wore the brown one on Tuesday and a mentor (SVP) of mine commented on how nice they looked. He mentioned how nice they looked and wondered how much I paid for them. I love the fit and comfort.

Excelent quality. 10/10

Great customer service and excellent quality leather and fabrics. My order arrived quickly and right on time, and the packaging truly stood out. The boots were wrapped and presented like luxury items, which made the entire experience feel elevated from start to finish.

Lucent Los Angeles makes the best Chelsea boot I’ve ever owned. The quality is unreal feels premium, the fit is perfect, and they hold up beautifully. On top of that, their customer service is next-level: fast responses, super helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure you’re happy. Easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

I’ve bought two pairs of boots from Lucent Los Angeles, and their clean, modern designs continue to impress me. Both pairs are well-made, comfortable, and have held up great with regular wear— I highly recommend!

I’d never heard of Lucent LA until an early morning search for suede men’s Chelsea boots.

Did some extensive research and decided on a pair, but I had questions.
